I’ll open with what other reviewers have said, the parking space is a little tight. My Subaru Forester fit without any issues. I normally don’t back into spaces but was able to back in without issue. This shouldn’t be a reason at all not to consider this place. It is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood full of families. Turn one way and you are a few blocks from the playground. Turn the other way and it’s a few blocks to Whitehaven Park. The neighborhood feels safe when out walking and is easily walkable. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, plates and a coffee machine. I cooked most meals and wanted for nothing to prepare them. There are many stores nearby to purchase groceries or ready made meals such as Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. The wifi works great. I was able to get a lot of work done without issue. The tv works well and is loaded with most streaming services. The location is perfect for access to Georgetown and DC. It’s also a short drive to Mount Vernon. Close to the zoo as well. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are going to be in the DC area for any length of time, then this is the place for you.

Excellent location, nice property, great coffee and very responsive host. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in Georgetown area and visit Washington DC

Enjoyed our few days here. Nice location, just a couple blocks from Wisconsin Ave. It was convenient and quiet, clean with nice amenities.

Unit was totally renovated w/contemporary furnishings & finishes. Unit was light & bright, comfy bed & full kitchen. Location was walkable & near many amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic stay from start to finish! Apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - we made our own breakfasts. The heated floor in the bathroom was luxurious and the towels were thick and fluffy. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Well supplied, comfortable, and bright apartment tucked away in Georgetown. Host is very accommodating. Parking is a plus.
