Location address provided on booking dot com is not sufficient. Not all rickshaw drivers know where this hotel is.

This hotel is well run. Staff are efficient. The room was very clean. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety.

Modern, clean room in a quiet location. The manager (owner?) was friendly and helpful. Filtered drinking water was available on each floor. Kettle plus coffee and tea in the room.

The behaviour of the waiter in the restaurant was poor, the tables were not cleared or cleaned.

The property is new and clean and well maintained. It has free car parking. Beds are five star quality.

Muy limpio, ducha estupenda. Desayuno buenísimo, mucha variedad de comida india, fruta, y como no tomamos guisos indios, el dueño muy atento, preparando lo que nos gustaba: omelette, poori, mas fruta troceada. Nos facilitaron el cambio de moneda a muy bien de precio.

Me gusto todo. Andando un km hay varias pizzerías para tomar algo. Esta ubicado en un barrio residencial, al otro lado del rio, zona más tranquila que centro ciudad. De 150 a 200 rupias tienes un Ola o un tuc-tuc al centro

It is a fairly new facility in a quiet part of town. There are water coolers on every floor, and the wifi and air-conditioning were reliable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious, and the manager took pride in making sure we tried the local specialties.

They keep mothballs in the bathroom sink presumably to cover up smells from the drain. Keeping the door closed kept it out of the room but you still had to endure it while using the bathroom. Also it is tucked away in a residential area of town, which made for quiet sleeping, but we needed to help autorickshaw drivers navigate there from the main tourist area. It was also a distance from the central restaurants, which made finding a place nearby the was open during the Pongal holiday challenging.

Rooms were huge, comfortable and in great condition. Customer service was prompt and they address any concerns or needs straight away. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and tasted so good!

Staff was courteous, helpful and prompt with service. Breakfast buffet was truly amazing with a great choice of delicious dishes.

There is much scope for improvement in cleanliness. We had many ants in our room on the bed as well as furniture. However, housekeeping was not available and the insect spray bottle was almost empty leading to no real solution.

L'établissement est neuf, très propre, il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans les chambres. Beaucoup de pression dans la douche ! Beaucoup de chaînes de télévision. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le patron est aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme.

Il n'y a pas de papier toilette dans la salle de bain, il faut penser à en demander à la réception

I was very much impressed regarding hotel stay, food , services etc. The owner and staff assist us and go beyond to make our vacation time best and memorable! We had an excellent experience there and recommended others too.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff in the reception is helpful and courteous.

Cleanliness in the restaurant should have been better. Tables are not cleaned completely. Breakfast should have been better with more options. Water is filled in plastic tumblers and kept it open in the restaurant.
