Pros: Clean, spacious; manager was responsive but not entirely helpful (we had to reprogram the wifi router; when asked for about a heater in one BR, he provided an air purifier). Cons: No AC unit in two BRs; no heat in one BR; sleeps 8 but 4 chairs and 2 glasses; Vrbo description is not accurate (sleeps 8, not 10; one BR has two twins, not a queen and a twin); generally run-down (loose laminate; badly fit flashing on AC outlets to windows; cracked floor tile in bathroom; no temperature control on washer). Conclusion: Location OK for our purposes (but would be terrible for a tourist-oriented Nashville vacation) and price was comparatively low for the area and may be appropriate for the condition of the house. It was adequate.

The house suited our needs. It had a fenced yard for our dogs and enough beds for the 5 adults to sleep comfortably. It was located close to everything we wanted to do while in the Nashville area.

This house was a great stay for the price. The location was great too. Only about a 20 minute drive from all the activities we wanted to do. Driving in the area was easy too. It has a huge fenced in backyard which was perfect for our dogs. Also nearby a beautiful recreation area with a lake. Dogs love swimming there. Check in was a breeze and the house while older was clean and ready for guests. Communication with the agent was superb! Questions and issues addressed immediately. We are planning our next rip already and will plan to stay again!!

Really enjoyed. Everything was very close. Restaurant shopping groceries. Will definitely use again.
