Staff was fantastic! All seem to speak impeccable English, are very friendly and truly want you to enjoy your stay. Their terrace garden is comfortable and well shaded! Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay, we stayed in an executive room near the swimming pool, staff, facilities, breakfast were all excellent, the area is really lovely and an easy walk to the historic centre of Porto. There were excellent restaurants just a minute or two’s walk from the hotel, thoroughly recommended

This hotel is simply amazing! The breakfast room is a palace room. High quality everything - delicious bakery-quality breads, proper coffee, cooked-to-order eggs etc. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing stay, lovely hotel, large stylish rooms, very comfortable with balcony that overlooked a pool, and garden grounds, very unique style with delicious buffet breakfast. It was a peaceful oasis within the Porto centre, on tiled street with shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

I booked the trip as a surprise for my partner. From the moment we checked in with your team the experience was first class. The room was gorgeous - loved the little chocolate gifts. Breakfast was exceptional and the bar and terrace beautiful. It is now a special place for us as I proposed on the lovely terrace and she said yes. Thank you so much for a perfect stay.

A beautifully restored hotel, but prioritises looks over practicality. The gym lacked almost any usable equipment, and the pool has nine loungers for a 40+ room hotel. The bar terrace is also frequently used for private events. The rooms are modern and well appointed, but we paid for a premium room for additional space (1403) which benefits from an orangery but the space around the bed and wardrobes, as well as the en suite, was lacking. The breakfast is worth avoiding, with local restaurants and bakeries much better quality.

Lovely hotel with big rooms and great decor. It’s a little way out of central Porto but an easy walk. The staff were extremely helpful and gave loads of tips and dinner suggestions.

One Shot Palacio Cedofeita was a lovely oasis for our 3 night stay in Porto. From check-in to check-out the attention to detail from every staff member was perfect. The hotel grounds are beautiful in an exciting area of Porto close to everything, but so private and quiet while on site. A great boutique hotel experience- highly recommend The One Shot Cedofeita for any visit to Porto

Professional, friendly and service minded staff. Quiet area and hotel in general featuring a small pool for an adult crowd. The room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Nicely cleaned daily. Breakfast with a good enough selection of fresh alternatives and coffee by individual order. Location ideal with only a short walk to many restaurants. I would not only recommend this hotel but would even seriously consider returning to it.

Unique property, in a great part of the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool area was a little small and was cold. Overall I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property in a great location in Porto! We stayed here before our wedding along with many of our family members and bridal party. Everyone was incredibly impressed and happy with the property. The breakfast was lovely and served in the gorgeous dining room. The bar and front patio proved to be the perfect spot for gathering and catching up with people throughout our stay. We stayed in the newer building next to the pool, though, and our room/building definitely had a distinct kind of musty or mildewy smell. None of our family or friends staying in other areas of the property had this issue, though. Room was a good size and bathroom was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved staying here. The property was SO nice, the staff was friendly, room service was prompt & delicious. I was ill for a few days during the stay, but the TV allowed me to sign in with my apps (Netflix, AppleTV) which was a huge bonus, as the English TV in portugal is somewhat lacking lol

We stayed for a week in a queen suite at the One Shot Palacio on Rua Ceidofeita. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious, felt luxurious, had great storage, and boasted a comfortable mattress (unusual in any hotel!). We opted for a large terrace, too, though one improvement would be an umbrella or sunshade of some type. Front desk and hotel staff were terrific overall. We also paid for breakfast each morning as part of our Expedia package. Overall, it was fine, though the offerings are not that extensive, and when the place is busy, the restocking of items slows considerably. That said, it was fine overall. The hotel itself is a quick walk to the edge of the areas of Porto we wanted to see, and Cedofeita has some really great restaurants for dinner (1858BB and Alto Cedofeita, for starters). Definitely would stay here again.

Super friendly and efficient arrival. Met at the gate and escorted to reception, all staff smiling and welcoming. Room lovely with extra little touches including chocolates. Had a drink sitting outside at the bar and a delicious meal in their stunning restaurant.

Before arriving the Email correspondence with the hotel reception was a quick response. My request to leave a note in 2 of our friends rooms who were celebrating their 60th birthday's was exceeded by the hotel leaving them a gift. From arrival to departure staff were friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble, they were also informative about the area. The hotel is a beautiful building that has been extensively restored and a new building in the grounds consists of bedrooms. The dining room is opulent, breakfast was plentiful. There's a well stocked bar where it was good to end the day with a night cap.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff were super efficient, friendly, accommodating and professional. They helped even before we arrived, we needed help with taxis and restaurants for our large group of 15, celebrating two birthdays. Nothing was too much trouble.

All staff very helpful and courteous. Restaurant excellent. Lovely room. Very disappointed one evening no hot water so unable to shower. Also we have always been given use of a room for a shower if flight later than checkout. None offered...told to use reception toilet to get changed. Not a 5 star hotel quality. Also turn down service only made bed once and lack of tea bags and milk in room. Stand out employee young man waiter in Restaurant.

Genuinely one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed in, the main building of the hotel is beautiful with all the original architecture of the palacio, the restaurant is stunning, and though we didn’t use the pool we certainly would have if the weather had allowed. Having a sauna and gym on site was also a big plus. Can’t fault the service, all of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, all had fantastic English and couldn’t have been more helpful. I don’t have any negative points at all, it’s an excellent location on a street with bars and restaurants, bakeries and lots of local shops. It’s a 15 minute walk down into the centre of town and another 10 down to the river. Can’t fault it 10/10 would definitely stay again.

What an incredible visit, the hotel is brand new and a refurbished old style building with a modern architectural inspired new complex in the rear courtyard along with a stylish pool. Not only is the hotel breathtakingly beautiful and packed with original features, it's been developed to the highest standards. Over and above this the service from the staff is second to none. They are incredible helpful and caring even calling me during the day to check on a small request I made. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms stunning and huge and the bedding was super soft / luxurious. The bar was brilliant and they even made me a custom cocktail. The level of detail and care shines through and it was surprising and such a brilliant experience. I wish I stayed longer and I will be back.

The hotel's five-star service, including seamless luggage delivery and assistance with transportation, sets it apart. The staff's genuine warmth and hospitality significantly contribute to the charm and satisfaction of my stay.
