Great condo with everything we needed and extras! Only negative was the elevators. Only half of them were working which resulted in long wait times !

The property was fabulous and the location is the bomb.com! 10 mins from the Hangout (which my daughters loved) and from the Wharf! 4 mins from Walmart and anything downtown Orange Beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. And Jackie…she was quick for response if we needed anything or had an issue. She needs a pay raise! Thank you again for letting us have a family fun Spring break!

We loved being on the Fifth Floor level overlooking the Lazy River and the Pool, and being able to park on that level and walk straight to the condo. without having to get on the elevator made things a lot easier for my 92 year old Mother. Everything inside the condo. was as advertised and provided for a great time by all. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you Sharon for allowing us to enjoy your condo. for the week - there's nothing like the beach - We will definitely be back!

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views! Being on the 5 floor was great! Just park and walk right to the condo! The kids loved the slide, lazy river and pools! Walk to the beach was easy ….. water was so clear all week! This was our first time to stay at Phoenix West II and we will definitely book again! (The only down side was phone service only worked on Wi-Fi…… but in reality it kept us off of our phones most of the week so it was really a plus)

We had a great time during our stay at Phoenix West 2 in unit 505. It is very tastefully decorated and furnished with nice things. We had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time! The place was on a low floor(5), just steps from the elevator. Ice maker was a huge benefit. Was clean and well taken care of but bring everything like foil/Saran/ziplocks, detergents, condiments, coffee filters, etc. Dishes, silverware, and pots/pans, and small appliances supplied. Great location. Would definitely come back here!

We always enjoy our stay at Phoenix West II. The location and amenities are perfect for our family. This was our first time to stay in this particular condo. The condo provided everything we needed and then some. It was spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of nice fluffy towels, even provided shampoo and soap, which I forgot to bring with me. I would suggest replacing the master bedroom mattress. I would toss it if it was at my house. Also, and I believe this to be an oversight by the cleaning crew, the floors were dirty. We had 7-11 feet after initially going barefoot. Neither of these issues prevented us from enjoying the condo and the beach.

Booked based on all the reviews - and they were spot on. Nice unit. Great views. Comfortable Beds. VERY well stocked. Everything worked. Pools were very nice and the inside pool was great for the windy day we had. Hot tubs were a hit. All the staff were great. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much to our hosts!

This unit is conveniently located on the 5th floor which my family enjoyed. It was nicely furnished and decorated. Check in was so easy and the owner already had our parking passes and property bracelets in the room so we didn’t have to go to the check in desk. This was a huge plus since we could get started on our vacation right away without a long wait downstairs. They even had a goodie basket waiting for us which the kids enjoyed as well as beach toys and equipment. Next time, I’ll leave my beach stuff at home. We had a very comfortable stay.

The property was spacious, well stocked and although far more ornately decorated than would be my choice, it was lovely and we had a great time! Location was perfect. Several restaurants and grocery stores within 1-2 miles.

Our trip was our family's first time renting a VRBO, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The location of this property is perfect for a week at the beach. The views from the balcony were great, and we were able to watch dolphins swim by each morning. The walk to the beach was short and easy. There is an excellent ramp with hoses to clean those sandy toes. The condo is stocked nicely with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, inflatables which meant we had zero need to rent chairs on the beach. HUGE money savings for a family that traditionally rents these items. The lazy river and water slide were great for when it was time for a break from the beach, and the indoor hot tubs were great for a relaxing evening. The condo was very roomy, with three large bedrooms with full bathrooms, which were great for our family, both pre-teens and teenagers who need their space. Overall the central areas of the property appeared clean; kitchen, bathroom sinks, toilet, and showers. And the washer and dryer worked perfectly! The kitchen has plenty of space for groceries and snacks, and while we didn't cook any meals, other than warming up pizza, the kitchen does have cookware. Plus, the property has an ice machine, which was great for filling up the cooler for the beach each day. No need to buy ice! The property is located close to various restaurants and grocery stores, making picking up snacks super easy. However, word to the wise, DO NOT GO TO BUBBA's. It is terrible!! All the other restaurants in the area were great! The only suggestions I would make for this property would be to add a bit more lighting as it is a bit dark, and switching to lighter bedding may help the property appear brighter. The living room couch could use an upholstery cleaning. And the condo is a bit loud with an ice maker and AC, kicking on and off often day and night. So, they may need a bit of maintenance. But, these are all minor issues. Overall, this was a great property and a great vacation. Would definitely look to book here again!

Great 5th floor condo & location. Beautiful view of the Beach, Swimming Pool, & Lazy River. Many restaurants & shopping is near by. Enjoy our stay & relaxing!

The condo is located in a perfect place, near everything, but still separated from other large complexes so you feel like you have plenty of room. The unit itself has everything you need and is in perfect condition. The view from the balcony is stunning. Our family completely enjoyed ourselves.

We can't say enough positive things about our stay at this lovely condo. Our family of 6 adults (plus our 2 year old granddaughter) was extremely comfortable in the lovely 3 bedroom/ 4 bath accommodations. The lazy river and splash pad were so much fun, and at night we enjoyed popcorn and movies in the spacious, beautifully appointed living room. Sharon was BEYOND GRACIOUS to us and we can't imagine booking with anyone else on future visits! An all round lovely vacation!!

One of the Best Beach Family Vacations we have had. This place was absolutely spotless! It is centrally located in Orange Beach to restaurants, stores, etc... Sharon was more than helpful in all aspects!! We did not have to wait in the long line in the lobby where every one was checking in at the same time, everything was waiting for us in the condo!! We will definitely plan to make another trip back to this property as well as recommend it to our friends and family. If you plan to visit Orange Beach/Gulf Shores you should book this place! Thanks for the great memories!!

My family and I have stayed at many of the best resorts(Portofino, Turquoise and Caribe). I rank this above those due to the amazing experience I had with Sharon(owner). From the very beginning to the end she was so wonderful and professional. The unit was beautiful and so clean. First time ever we were arrived to a welcome pail with goodies. Will definitely stay again!

Sharon was a pleasure to work with! Any questions I had she responded very quickly. The condo was decorated very luxuriously. Beds were very comfortable. View was perfect. Loved the fact some sand toys were there for our use....Saved room for our long 16hr car ride. (Definitely worth it) Thanks again for a relaxing trip!

We booked 2 nights for a weekend trip with my teen-aged daughter and a few friends to celebrate her birthday. Its rare that the condo is more impressive in person than the description and pictures, but this one definitely exceeded expectations! We fit 10 people very comfortably. And having 4 full sized bathrooms was definitely a plus with so many girls! The beds were EXTRA comfortable and there were plenty of washrags and towels to meet our needs. In addition to the beautiful condo, there was a lazy river, several hot tubs, an indoor and outdoor pool. I would definitely recommend.

We just completed a winter month stay in this warm, inviting and nicely decorated condo. We felt so at home with the attention to detail, comfortable beds and furniture, plus the perfect view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and from inside the condo. Loved the new balcony furniture-very sturdy and the chaise was extra comfortable! This 5th floor location could not have been better in regard to the parking garage, elevators and hearing and seeing the beautiful ocean waves. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils and appliances and everything was in working order. The bedrooms had nice drawer and closet storage (bring extra hangers). Loved the pocket doors in the master bedroom plus the easy-pull room darkening window coverings in the living and dining rooms. The large indoor pool and fitness center are nice. This was the perfect place to spend a relaxing month at the beach. Phoenix West II has definitely spoiled us on more than one vacation. We will be coming back again!!
