Good for our short stay

Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Convenient to downtown. Comfortable beds.

Great location, close to the James Madison campus. The house was immaculate and we felt very safe.

Attending JMU orientation with my daughter, so it was a perfect overnight place to stay!

We only stayed for an overnight but would come back for longer! 2 very roomy bedrooms, comfy living area, many "staples" (toiletries, mini fridge, Keurig, extra linens). Very clean and easy to find in a small neighborhood that gives easy access to downtown.

Super comfortable furniture, great neighborhood only a 15 minute walk from downtown Harrisonburg. Hardly noticed anyone else on the property- very private. Perfect for 3-4 people. Had everything we needed. The shower is a little small but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a weekend stay.

This spot was perfect for the couple days we needed it while touring JMU. Hot water was a little iffy for one of our showers but otherwise no issues. Becca was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Had a wonderful time staying in Harrisonburg, on our way down to SC. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location was close to everything and in a very quiet area! Our air bnb had everything we needed and was nice and clean! We will definitely be back!!!

After traveling on 81 for much of Saturday & Sunday for our college visits, I cannot express how happy we were to walk into the Cozy Suite. It was a welcoming, quiet space that both my son & I very much needed. I really hope my son chooses JMU just so I have an excuse to stay here again & again & again.

Alum dad highly recommends this cozy spot. Excellent location to campus for our daughter’s audition! Also walking distance to downtown and a slew of shops & eats. Hosts are super nice and proactive communicators. We would definitely rent again should she be afforded the opportunity to officially join the Dukes family…

Located in a neighborhood near JMU, cozy, clean and quiet. Owners thought of every detail to make guests comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this really cute apartment. All amenities that we needed were provided. Nice coffee set-up, a small refrigerator and microwave were provided. Wish the microwave was a little higher as it was difficult for me to read the dials, but managed just fine. Very minimal noise from upstairs, just heard footsteps occasionally. Will definitely try to stay here the next time we visit family in Harrisonburg.

We had a great stay. The king bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the entire suite was very clean. Communication with Becca was excellent.

Upon entering we found homemade chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of wine. Decorated so cozy and cute! The suite was exactly what we were looking for and next time we visit the area we will deff be booking again!

I could write paragraphs about how perfect the Cozy Suite was for our stay! To start, the communication with the host was STELLAR! And she went above and beyond to take care of us when I made a HUGE error during booking! The home was easy to find and well lit! Easy entry into the adorable suite with wonderful attention to detail! My kids enjoyed the snacks and the chilled canister of water was MUCH appreciated! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, we heard absolutely NOTHING except the wonderful air conditioner! The rooms were amazingly dark and everyone had a great night’s sleep! I will be saving this property for future trips as the BEST found half-way point!
