My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Ocean Village. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling was great. Lonah was a wonderful host and very attentive to our travel questions.

I'm sorry to say this but the only good thing about this cottage is the access to the beach

Property clean, very nice, safe with little private beach. You can walk to Baha Mar, enjoy water park, casino .. Baha Mar is near Goodman public beach or cath $1.50 local bus from front of the property to Fish Fry to dine or to downtown for shopping and see other attractions. Just be aware of downtown sidewalk trips scammer.

Great location, user friendly, good communication

Blue Ocean Village is the perfect place to unwind on the quiet beach or take the short trip to the Baha Mar or downtown for some exploring. There ia great restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by. Our unit was clean and comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Shout out to Lonah who is nothing short of amazing with her smiley personality and her availability to answer any questions. Our fav by far was the private beach. You just couldn't ask for anything more and we will definitely be back !!!

An Oasis! Steps away from the beach and restaurants. The area is a quaint, quiet, and secure not far from the bars and spots downtown. The studio was clean and exceeded my expectations! Lonah was very kind and provided me with good information to help me get around. The beach was an added bonus and literally perfect. I prefer to watch the sunset by the beach and basically had the entire beach to myself. Perfect for solo travelers.

The beach was a very short walk from villa. The villa was clean with everything that was needed and a very friendly staff. Most places was a short walk with easy access to public transportation. The beach deck was equipped with everything you needed and views are amazing.

This is a great spot with a beautiful beach. Easy access to the city and also quieter. Excellent running paths and walkable restaurants and bars. The hosts will take good care of you.

Where do I begin? This hidden gem is the perfect quiet place to get away for those who do not prefer the big resort hotel type vacation. Stayed here with our family of 4, kids ages 11 and 9, in flamingo cay, the 2 bedroom residence. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with kindness from Lonah and later the owner Isaac. The residence itself was exactly what we expected. Clean, spacious and a few seconds walk to the beautiful private beach with comfy seating. Ocean and beach clean, safe and peaceful. Surrounding local neighbors also very friendly and quiet. Location within 10 minute walk to great restaurants (Meze grille, Tonino’s, and Social house were our favorites). In a very safe area, comfortable walking at night. We did not rent a car and relied on the recommend car service Miss Miller, who was wonderful. She was very personable and her recommendations made our stay even better, with rates better than traditional taxis. When we return to the area we will absolutely stay here again, hopefully sooner than later!

At the beach! Perfect little private deck just a thirty second walk away. Beautiful suite too. Lots of helpful advice and check ins from the hosts. Easy to take the bus and walk places. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful, wonderful place! Lonah, Isaac, Arnold and Brandi were amazing! After a terrible day of canceled flights and an overnight in another city, Isaac had a bottle of merlot waiting at the door. He also made arrangements for me to stay an extra day to compensate for our lost time. It was seamless. Lonah was always available and answered our every need. Blue Ocean Village also introduced us to the heart and soul of the island, Ms. Miller who taxied us to all of the sites and hidden gems. The property was pristine, the property managers were all so friendly and you are steps from the beach. Oh yes...how could I forget, our private white sand beach with the clearest bluest water that you could wish for. Dreamy! It was an amazing stay and you really made it special. We will be back!

My stay at Blue Ocean Village was exceptional! Lonah was very communicative and made the stay so easy. The location could not be beat--the quiet, private beach a 20 second walk away meant that I did not have to worry about taking the bus to any public beaches. There were a decent number of places to eat within walking distance, too. Lonah also helped arrange my taxi to the airport at the end of my stay.

Lonah. I can't say enough about her. You would ask her a question and she would appear out of nowhere. Even Brandy the dog was friendly. That's what I loved most about the location is that everyone was so friendly. We felt very safe our entire time there, with the exception of one cab ride at night. Very fast drivers. I loved that we could just walk out to the street and flag a bus to pull over and be downtown in less than 20 minutes.

An excellent vacation at Blue Ocean Village. Awesome little 2BR villa with a yard/garden, 1 min walk to a small beautiful private beach which is a rarity on Nassau. Everything is exactly as in the photos, clean, spacious. Lonah was super helpful and Arnold as well. Can walk to an awesome Aqua park if you are visiting with kids, a grocery, a convenience store, a couple of local bakeries and a nice local restaurant. Buses are easy to catch during the day as well. Awesome stay and we will certainly be back.

Great communication before and during stay! Absolutely perfect location for my needs (especially if you want to be active on the beach and water). More the 2-3 days you might want to rent a vehicle. Nice to have your vehicle just outside your door!!

This stay exceeded all expectations. The location was amazing, in a cul-de-sac right by the beach. The owner and staff were all so friendly and low key. Easy walking distance to larger beaches, food, groceries. Definitely want to come back!

Excellent for walking distance from affordable dining options and also the movie theater! Family apartment is very clean and it has a modern cottage aesthetics. There’s pamphlets for activities in the event you want to plan some fun. It’s safe and cozy! This property is nestled through a narrow corner and has direct beach access with immaculate ocean views! Enjoyed the front porch area for the kids to sit at the outside table and play games and also the front area for them to play!

This property was through a cozy corner with immaculate beach access and ocean views! Modern cottage aesthetics and very clean with an exception of a few dishes. We felt safe and surrounding area was convenient due to grocery and affordable dining options. We were uncertain upon arrival which building it was as there are many through this cozy corner but we remembered reviews showed it was a blue building. Lonah, who is very hospitable, checked us in early at our request and we appreciated that! Both main and back-up Wi-Fi’s were inconsistent from day 1 and local work being done on day 3 leading straight into our check out day, by the local phone network, further disrupted internet access our entire stay! I recommend the family apartment, due to the access to the beach and the area at the front of the apartment where kids can play whether at the table or in the front yard space. It’s super quiet with the exception of the contractors working at this time, which was NOT much noise. There was also parking for our small SUV.

Loved the eco-friendly electricity system. Motion sensor light is definitely a great option for families traveling with small children to minimize on electricity cost. Clean apartment, great host (Lonah) and great modern cottage aesthetics. We felt at home and the bedroom on the right is the coziest! We loved our stay and will most likely be back. Affordable dining options near-by and awesome distance to grocery stores! Taxis and buses run are accessible from this property. Dining and doing a day-pass for Bahamar Resort was the highlight of our stay!

What I loved about this property was the peace and tranquility it offered. We were within walking distance of Sandals and of Baha Maher resort yet, we did not have the crowds and it was very clean. Because of the water, you could only access our beach from the properties that immediately joined ours on both sides. Our host, Lonah, was awesome. She was available if we needed anything. The unit we stayed in was a 1 bdrm cottage and was perfect for us. Anyone looking to stay in the Bahamas that is private yet easily accessible to restaurants,shopping, and such, I highly recommend staying here💕

My house was beautiful, as was the view from the beach, which was about a 90 second walk away. Very nice place to stay.

I loved everything about this property, from the warm welcome of the host Lonah, to the absolutely stunning views this property has. We stayed in the luxury cottage and it was perfect for my husband and I. It was so quiet and serene and had sunbeds on the beach to watch the gorgeous Bahama sunset. I will definitely be coming back to stay here! Thank you!
