Friendly staff, clean rooms, full service package.

Up there with the best of hotel experiences I've had over many visits to London. The rooms are truly exquisite - they are brilliantly designed, spacious and beautifully furnished. The restaurant and bars in the hotel are also excellent. The location is superb - 100 meters from Bond Street station, and a short walk into the centre of Marleybone.

I have nothing to critique.

Nada, sólo un incidente menor cuando vimos que una supervisora le gritaba a una persona de limpieza, fue un momento poco agradable.

The location was great, and loved that the amenities is from JO Loves.

I didnt like the housekeeping, their cleaning of the rooms was not so great, at first looks clean and tidy But under the tidiness eg the remote control is kept under the bed sheets, other item also. Conveyed the msg to the management and ensured that they will investigate the matter,

Room is very small and has limited room space. GYM not open for 24hr

Customer service was incredible, they came to clean the room everyday and turn down service as well. Bonus was the heated flooring :)

Tissue and toilet paper were one ply. Rough texture. Also, ran out of tissue before it was replaced

Prachtige lokatie, sjieke buurt, een beetje het "Beverly Hills " van Londen. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Bijzonder veilige buurt. Zeer goed geisoleerde kamers,

In de kamer van de kinderen kon door een technisch defect de verlichting niet meer worden gedoofd. Daardoor moesten ze slapen met de lichten aan, wat niet echt schitterend was. De oplossing die werd aangereikt was bijzonder triest. Er werden wat handdoeken gelegd door de technieker boven de grond/muurverlichting. Daags nadien werd opnieuw door ons aangedrongen op een oplossing . Er worden 1000 x excuses aangeboden, maar niks concreets gedaan. Tegen de volgende avond moesten we ons helaas boos maken om een oplossing te bekomen. Die bestond erin de stopcontacten te de-activeren na verplaatsing van de boxspring. Het feit dat de technische service in zo'n luxehotel bijzonder gebrekkig is, doet bij mij de wenkbrauwen fronsen. Er werd geen compensatie aangeboden, integendeel , men heeft dan nog het lef om een vrijwillige bijdrage te vragen na uitchecken , als blijk van dankbaarheid:)

جميع ما يذكر ممتاز جداً ويشكرون عليه الموقع والنظافه وعوازل الصوت والتحكم بالاناره وتوزيع الدوليب ومساحه الغرفه بالنسبه لدلوكس كانت ممتازة والسرير مريح جداً الموظفين متعاونين وبشوشين ولو ارجع لندن راح اسكن فيه وانصح فيه!

Un très bel hôtel avec des chambres propres et modernes, bien isolées du bruit extérieur. La literie est confortable et les peignoirs douillets. Du thé, du café et des boissons sans alcool (des bouteilles d'eau, du coca, du jus d'orange et jus de pommes) offerts. Les plateaux repas disponibles en room service à tout moment.

C'est gênant de devoir demander que le comptoir du petit-déjeuner soit complété d'assiettes et de fromage et d'attendre 40 minutes pour une tasse de café servie par un serveur.

Great location Wonderful place and facilities Very nice and friendly staff specially the Tai front desk girl Modern hotel and a minute walk to the famous oxford street We got there early in the morning as our flight landed 6 AM and luckily we were able to be checked in with no time

It was okay but it’s more of a boutique hotel than a 5 star hotel The staff are very slow and the lobby is so busy and chaotic at night because they have a resturant

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Great location (underground station right next door, Selfridges and Bond Street 5 minutes away.) The staff were exceptionally friendly and very courteous. The room was also extremly quiet. The food was also great!

Great location near to tube station, shopping area, Covent Garden … The hotel has a very feminine vi e that I appreciated.. the colors, the furniture, facilities…

The only thing that I will change is the shower. It needs a better one that ads more pressure.

the staff were insufferably slow and tactless at check in (we were held for 30 minutes while the hostess checked us in and then the "butler" walked us through the room light control!), and in the restaurant, borderline rude.

Very good hotel .. good location .. would recommend

Stylish hotel close to Oxford Street and the West End. Our Deluxe room was spotlessly clean, chic, and very comfortable with plenty of amenities to enhance our stay. The attention to detail in both our room and hotel was superb and the staff attentive and welcoming. Having stayed in a lot of London hotels, this is by far our favourite. We’ll definitely visit again.
