Very spacious- lots of room for a family. The location was perfect for us. One tram stop after Bispham coming away from the centre- this means it’s less than 400m walk from the lights. Being this end means it was nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. Facilities as expected and matched description. The beds and bedding were very comfy, the sofa less comfy but still fine. The underfloor heating made the apartment nice and warm to return to after being out. The apartment has clearly recently been refurbished with nice touches and just the front parking area is waiting to be tidied. We thought it was great value. We had a great time and really really enjoyed the sea view and watching the trams go past.

Liked everything the only minor thing was the smell when we first entered. We think the previous guests had cooked a fair bit of bacon and the smell persisted as the grill pan hadn’t been cleaned.

Large apartment so lots of space. A little bit out of town so nice and quiet at night but just a 2 minute walk to the tram stop making it easy to get around. Plenty of shops near by for groceries to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. And gorgeous views while having your breakfast .

The only thing I would have liked in the apartment would be an iron and ironing board but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker.

The rest of the building I'd being renovated so we couldn't use the balcony. The drains also have a problem as when using the kitchen sink it smelled badly.

Very clean. All you could need from a holiday apartment. Tram and bus stop right on the door step. Perfect.

The pictures didn't do the interior justice ! It's light ,bright and spacious. The beds were comfy and anything we needed In the kitchen was there . The shower was bad- but that's because I didn't want to get out of it , the pressure was great. Plenty of cups,glasses and cutlery etc ( enough for 8 people ) We only used the pull out sofa that's in the corner and even that was comfortable . The view was great .it was a quiet location too . Graham was great when we needed him . Plenty of clothes storage and the bedrooms were a decent size .

There was a couple of things,that are just teething problems & I'm sending feedback to the guy directly so he knows for next time . I was gutted there was no balcony but this is understandable because it wasnt finished ( hope to stay there again when its finished )

Host was very friendly and very helpful. The apartment is in a perfect location, very spacious and clean with a contemporary feel. Excellent value for money. Would visit again.
