This was great stay for holidays in our lovely bungalow on beach. Food was very good as a breakfast with fresh juices and fruits. All really clean property and well maintained. Good working AC and fast transfer service from airport.

Great beach front location. We booked a room with a beach view which did not disappoint. Our room had views over the beach with our own balcony and terrace with our own loungers that some welcome shade shade from the coconut trees. The resort was very quiet and we felt very at home there, The room was pine clad with a rustic feel which was clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The bathroom was basic but fine for our needs. The real plus point is the location and closeness to the beach. Great walks along the beach and only 700m from Mandrem Beach. The location makes this property value for money rather than the facilities.

I found the mattress to be very, very firm not helped by the bed having a solid board below the mattress.

It felt a little overpriced for what was offered, but it seems most places in this area are expensive. There are no sunloungers/umbrellas on the beach, but we could use the resort next door for this. Sunloungers in the garden but no shade/umbrellas. The bathroom was average - no hot water and poor water pressure, the shower was not wall mounted and hand held only. Busy road next to garden bungalow so some noise at night.

The view from the property was gorgeous and its placement to the beach was good. The restaurant served a good breakfast with lots of choice.

The beds were very hard but than can be the case in Asia. Cleaning happened every other day but you still needed to find the manager and request it. As there are toilet paper bins these were sat about for a couple of days. We needed to keep asking for water and toiletries as that didn’t get refilled regularly either. Having said this the staff were lovely and did organise airport transfers. The small resort had a good restaurant but as it was purely vegetarian was under used. With all the fish about it would have been good to sea it serving this as it is called Veg and Sea. In summary it’s a good place but for me was a little expensive for what it was and would have given it a higher rating if we hadn’t paid for the beach view.

Best experiences in Goa as it was my first vacation with my infant, beautiful outdoor deck including, nice restaurant very fresh breakfast. The beds comfortable and clean, bathroom all the time with hot water and AC was work very well all the time of my stay. Even WIFI was super stable for videos.

Best place I've stayed in Goa! Staff there are very kind and welcoming, the check-in process was swift and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. Bungalow was well-maintained, and I appreciated the little touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast menu was great, lot of variety in breakfast menu.

I just finished my stay in Mamagoa. We had visited the ashwem beach and resort for wedding. Mamagoa was AMAZING! Resort right on the beach with many activities. Nice for long distance beach walking. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Fresh breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay here, visiting this beach each time visiting Goa, and now tried to stay for a night in Mamagoa and it made our holiday complete. All was super nice and perfect service, staff very professional and helpful, room best where we stayed on beach, clean and great furnished, shower, ac, lockbox, bed and all suround was in very good condition. Yes we will back to here next time for a long.
