I do not have one negative thing to say about this house, the management team or anything regarding our stay. Holly and Adam were extraordinary communicators throughout our four day stay. The house was equipped with everything our group could wish for including the kitchen, the pool area, the pantry with disposable cups and dinnerware, the upstairs game room, etc. The owners were having another great upgrade done to the house during our stay but Holly worked with me and around our schedule in such an effective manner that my friends never even knew they were there. The location was also a HUGE plus for us being 10-12 minutes at most from where we spent most of our time downtown, on Lake Austin as well as to and from the airport. Thanks to you Holly and your whole team!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property in Austin, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sheer amount of space this home had to offer. With various sleeping options available, everyone in our group was able to find their perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-stocked kitchen. Whether we were whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or preparing some appetizers, we found everything we needed right at our fingertips. It made our weekend getaway feel even more like home. But perhaps the best part of this property was the outdoor space. The pool provided a refreshing escape from the Texas heat, and we spent countless hours lounging in the sun and taking dips to cool off. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, our experience at this VRBO property was nothing short of five stars. The space, the amenities, and the outdoor oasis all contributed to a memorable stay in Austin.

My experience with this property was nothing short of amazing! The house was clean, it easily slept all of my buddies (12 of us total) and provided all of the amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. Also, the house is very close the city, which made it very easy to get around to all of the fun attractions that Austin has to offer. The check in and check out process was very seamless and the host was very responsive to any of my inquiries. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone that is looking to accommodate a large amount of guests, while providing space for folks to spread out in the house and be close to all of the fun in the city.

We found this property to accommodate our family for a wedding weekend in Austin. The house worked out very well - the spaces were just what we needed with room to stretch out. We literally used every room in the house at different times of our stay. The upstairs game room was a nice place to hang out when we had a bit of downtime. And the pool was also great to relax in. It is small - definitely just for relaxing. The only complaint I heard was toward the end I was told that the linens in one of the bedrooms were not very good - had stains on them. I wish I had heard sooner and would have called the manager to have them changed out. We did request more hand towels and bath towels for the bathrooms and were told the "Amazon order" would not arrive in time. So, we washed hand and bath towels and washcloths daily. It all worked out and would rent this property again if we were to have a big group in Austin again.

Plenty of space for a family Thanksgiving. Home was as advertised for sure. Communication and check in were great, and in-stay communications from the facility manager were fast and helpful. Importantly, the kitchen was fully stocked, so that we could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Pool and hot tub were nice, bedding was comfortable, and location was perfect for access to airport, 6th, S Congress, etc. Would recommend for your larger group.
