The property is beautiful and the location is very good. Car is necessary. Shop within 5 mins walk. Pool area amazing. Beach within 10 mins drive. Nice local restaurants in Almancil.

This holiday should have been amazing when you read what we liked about the property. This was a holiday with 2 families. One of our party has motor neurons disease and the owner was aware of same. We wanted to make this holiday so special for our friend and instead it was stressful trying to get things fixed and having people on the property most days trying to fixed things. (That should have been checked before we arrived??) Nothing, apart from the door out to the pool was fixed. This property was suppose to be a 6 bedroom property. One of the bedrooms downstairs had black mould on the walls (the smell was potent) , so this room could not be used. The management came and tried to clean it with bleach, but this was not acceptable. The walls were damp, the bed was damp and the bed clothes also. Also the management tried to fixed the internet, but the owner knew that he had to do major work on the downstairs to update the internet, so no matter what they tried , there was ZERO internet downstairs and I mean NOTHING!. The internet upstairs was only ok! We had 4 teenagers with us, so this was not acceptable either. Some of our kids had to share a room which is not what we paid for. Also out of the 6 showers, only 4 could be used as 2 shower doors were broken. The management tried to fix them, but could not. We also found dirty underwear in 2 of the bedrooms chest of drawers. Disgusting. We have tried to communicate with the owner on several occasions since our return to come to a resolution, but he has no interest engaging with us. We found him to be VERY unprofessional.
