Room was clean, the price was worth the stay. Staff was friendly and was more than accommodating. the room was a good size and the ac was nice and cold. I was in the second floor and didn't hear any noise from the upstairs neighbors.

missing microwave, iron, and hairdryer. thos simple essentials would have made the stay a lot better. The Facility is painted this off white color wich made it look dirty. there was only one entrance as the exit gate was closed. would have liked to have both working

I wanted the first floor and got the third floor instead... the elevator is extremely scary and needs to be updated.... the freeway noise is absolutely deafening.... the rooms were amazingly quiet...

The room was dirty when we arrived there was various types of hair on the bathroom floor. When we spoke to the front desk, they said they would send someone as soon as they could. The lady looked at the card left by their employee stating the room was clean. Then she swepted the entire floor which almost filled the dustpan. If I could have got my money back , I would have.

On Friday night as we drove up to our room, the was a drug raid going on, in a room at the hotel. Five police cars and detectives were close to our wing. We asked if it was a safe place to stay and the policeman said, "We are out here often." I will never stay there again!

Theres a lot of homeless people in the area, other tenants made noise at all hours. Doesnt matter what part of the hotel youre at, you will hear every single door shut closed. The beds were hard enough to shatter your will to live

staff was very sarcastic and rude. told customers that reserved with booking that the reservation was not received, to turn back. decided to wait it out after already waiting in line for 30 min+. got our room after some snarky comments, demanded all of our ids car info and payment without even asking if we needed any extra blankets etc. IT WAS 3 PEOPLE HAVING TO SHARE 1 BATH TOWEL. no soap, no microwave, no extra blankets, pillows or towels. not to mention we stood outside the room for 40 min trying to get the door open after getting 2 different keys. when we asked her to come up and check she refused and demanded we got down to the lobby AGAIN! when she finally came she realized the door battery was dead. did not apologize, did not offer anything instead she made all 3 of us follow her from the third floor on the opposite side of the building, back to the lobby!!! when she roomed us again we walked back to the exact same spot we were at. mind you I explained to her I was a bit overwhelmed because we had spent 12+ hours on the road already. showed no simpathy. nothing against the hotel but employees should be considerate of its patrons especially considering the conditions of the road. at the end of the day we are PAYING customers and should be treated as such. bad experience over all
