The motel was very run down, exposed wires, roaches, TV didn't work and the mini fridge leaked water all over the floor, into our duffle bags and clothes inside. Holes in the wall of the shower made my wife very uncomfortable. Loud music played most of the night and loud yelling and fighting outside. They charge 100 dollars in case you mess something up but it's so run down and gross how would they tell if you need anything up. They also charge a 45 dollar " resort" fee. What a joke. The pool is nasty the proper is nasty the rooms are nasty and their Continental breakfast is a joke. The most positive encounter I had at comfort inn was both the check in and checkout counter people were very pleasant. Other than that it was awful. I won't ever return and we visit Orlando area quite often.

Dirty! Towels and sheets had sticks/wood pieces- as if dropped on floor outside. Hair all over bathroom, toilet had marks in bowl as if someone just used it. Slept in all my clothing because it felt so dirty. Overall, would recommend avoiding. I attached the only picture I took which is over the bathroom door.very unkept.

Beds had hair, makeup, black dirt marks and wrinkly! Were clearly not changed, filthy bathroom, shower covered in black mold. I realize it’s a cheap no frills motel but clean sheets is a dealbreaker. Homeless in Hallway by our room. I can accept a run down motel but the nerve to charge 10 daily resort fees and 25 early checkin into a filthy filthy filthy room. Very sketchy lurking around. Its a 25 dollar a night room & they should give me my resort fee back! Nothing resort about it!

Smelled SO strongly of pot. Charged $100 for the deposit not listed at reservation - a surprise when checked in. Seems a bit exorbitant. Would’ve gone elsewhere except everything was sold out because of the hurricane.

Neighborhood was very sketchy, parking lot was not well lit. Live cockroach in the shower. Floors were clean and new. Beds were clean and very soft.

Before I booked my room I called to inquire about their deposit policy. The attentive and professionalism of the front desk personal was so on point that I decided to book with them. When I arrived to the hotel, that same person was the one to check me in. Her professionalism extended into the check in process. Her name was Carol. Thank you for your help.

The property is run down, doesnt feel safe. The pool is dirty, the rooms smell weird, appliances and electricals dirty and rusty. Breakfast was ok comsidering the price. Our family stayed 1 night but we had to leave as our kids were uncomfortable. There was an adjoining door which was easily opened by the guests on the other side..creepy

The room i stayed filthy old i was scared to sleep in the bed i seen two baby lizards bugs crawling on the wall and they had a nerve to make u pay 100 dollars deposit for that mess it was terrible. Probably the nastiest hotel i ever stayed in thank you

At the time of Check-in we were asked to deposit $200 as a Damage Fee that was promised to be returned at the time of Check-out (we paid in cash and they didn't give any receipt for it). When asked, they said it will be returned to the Credit card with which we paid the other $10 fee per night per room but it's been 17 days I am calling them and they say they do not have any record in the computer that we paid $200 in cash!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the fact that this hotel is being used by homeless people working in rotation and filling up the rooms next to where I was staying on multiple occasions. I would not recommend this to a family.

We chose this hotel because of the price (buyer beware) but upon checking in I was told there was a $100 hold that has to be put on my card. Then there's a sign that says no 100 no room so click everywhere to see the hidden fees. The room itself was ok but smelled of smoke. The shower and tub was another thing all together. The shower head was corroded and the was full of rust. The bed was decent and more comfy than I was expecting. So overall we got what we paid for. If you go cheap well you get cheap.

I’m very upset and dissatisfied as this is the worst motel experience we have ever had in Kissimmee. Everything was disgusting I have lots of pictures as proof . I feel robbed as this was very poor quality. I don’t even have a phone in my room with a dial tone to call front desk for help
