Great new motel, well appointed & very well located very close to the centre of Hamilton. Easy walking distance to the FMG rugby stadium. Great stay.

Inconsiderate road-workers who use the street to park their trucks, made heaps of noise & felt it necessary to keep their flashing lights on all night despite only parking their vehicles there. Not the motel owners fault.

Easy access, off street parking, clean very comfortable, would highly recommend this property.

Very clean and everything was nice and new. Check in and out was easy enough with having to pick key up from another site, wasn't an issue for us.

Super noisy road that didn't stop all night.

My child and I stayed here for one night. I was absolutely delighted with the room! It was fresh, clean, modern. The bed was quite big (maybe a king?) So that was fantastic for sharing. We both had a great sleep, undisturbed. Picking up the key was easy, the receptionist was lovely and we received a decent sized milk. Wifi was fast and no fuss to connect to. Good T.V. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. So clean!! Felt like we were the first to stay there! All in all It was the best and most affordable hotel I've stayed at in a long time and wished we had another night.

Could hear other guests upstairs (very noisy), fridge kept moving every time you open the door & had to move the waste bin, nowhere to set anything in bathroom (not very practicable), no tissues or bottled water in room. Very busy road. Given a disabled room which we did not need! No one on site to help at arrival. For the cost of this motel, having to travel 3-4kms each way to book in at another motel is ridiculous. Hard enough to find.

Best accommodation we had on our 2 week holiday. The unit/room was a very generous size making it an extremely comfortable stay. The cooking facilities were wonderful, the bed was had just the right firmness and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent and it had excellent security. Will definitely stay there next time we are in Hamilton.

Nice clean obviously new establishment. Plenty of off-street parking.

I am a poor sleeper and our room was on the side of the building next to a fairly busy road so the early morning traffic woke me up. Although smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the stair well and/or corridor as I smelt it as soon as I started to climb the stairs.

Good sized room. Comfortable and pristine clean. Handy to shopping.

I couldn't find any TV channels.... probably me! Just needed an iron, know for next time.

Great setup, new so faultless

The unit was spotless, it appeared as if we were the first guests to use the room. It was very quiet, no road noise or noise from next door rooms.
