I didn't not enjoy any single of the day. I can't wait to leave the property.

The property was fulty, disgusting. Not clean at all. Webs and spiders are everywhere, the dust and durt, I can't even explain it. The sofa were disgusting with the stains all over it. The light wasn't working in the room, I mentioned it to the host but no one came to sort it out. We had a restless night every single of the night, my children were scared and we were awake all night, we rather sleep in our car. The rain were come from the roof of the property, was wait all over the kitchen floor, we cleaned and left it to dry. Because of the cleanness we couldn't use the kitchen equipment, we rather have breakfast and dinner out in town. We didn't expect to spend our couple nights like horror. We never had any experience like this before, it's not worth the price. Only in the night we come back to the property because of our stuff and we all wide up all night seating. It wasn't a pleasant break it was horrible, I feel so sad for my children. Never come again. The host responsibilities to check before admin the customer. This property needs a real development, no one is happy to stay there, we are simple but this is not acceptable. I always keen to give my happy compliments but at this time I'm very disappointed and I can't describe it properly, I lost the words. I lost my money. No one deserves a break like this and put a money on it, I could complain to get my money back and I can't even tell our friends and family, but to save their money I have to and also to put it on Google maps so everyone knows and not be disappointed like us. I'm very sorry and disappointed, I can't tolerate to see my family's face and my kids tears during our holiday break. Thanks for your understanding.

Property was very close to amusements, pubs, shops and takeaways. Was only a 10 minute walk away from the beach. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The Caravan did what we needed it to do for three nights.

Leaking toilet, caravan needs a deep clean. I tried to use the Hoover and couldn’t get it to work. Stains on bedding, limited cooking supplies, light needs changing in the main bedroom.
