Perfect location on the beach, the bay portion, so almost like your own private beach, so you don’t have to worry about crowds. About 3 minute walk from condo to beach. VA Beach is less than a 30 drive depending on time of day & traffic, so not to bad. Bush Gardens & Williamsburg less than an hour, away, so overall a great location. Beach view from bedroom is awesome (3rd floor); view from balcony on 2nd floor not so great as the sand bar is pretty high. Con’s: washer was broken, that sucks with all the sand, but didn’t ruin our vacation

Listing says you will be contacted 3 days before trip with check in instructions to had to ask the morning of We arrived at 7pm and the information given for the door code was wrong we could get get in I had to call the number listed and figured out the code was changed we where then told that the floor in the kitchen was messed up they knew and did not have it fixed yet to not interrupt our stay but the planks are lifting and moving and not safe we got in and since we had a 8 hr drive left to go eat dinner came back and it was late 10pm so went right to bed the pillows where all so flat and lumpy the bed springs that where terrible myself and my husband woke Saturday morning at 630am we left a bag of plastic cups out with tea packets in the kitchen island and cockroaches when skuring my husband killed one and that made us look around there where sticky straps on the kitchen floor where my daughter could reach and pick up and in the cabinets we where not told these where there so they could be moved out of reach to the child. My father in law went looking for towels because there were none anywhere found them in the dryer and also found sticky traps with a bunch of huge roaches and lizards and the ac was leaking down the wall pooling on the floor the opposite side of the wall is the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom also we found a small roach I contacted on the app and was never messages back but the property manager did talk with me and said I would get call back

Property was not ready at check in time. We waited over an hour for the cleaning company to finish. Dryer was inoperable, and unfortunately the towels left in the dryer did not dry so our family of 8 had minimal towels during our stay. Owner and property manager were responsive but the issue could not be resolved during our stay. Garage door opener was not available. Kitchen had extensive water damage to the floor which was an extreme tripping hazard, really should have been repaired or better covered before allowing renters in. Kitchen is minimally supplied. Could use more cuttlery, knives, and dishes and to be organized. It is a beautiful condo, the area is quiet and family friendly, the place just needs tlc and some effort into making it more renter friendly. OWNER AND dlhas

Quiet, laid back beach with great views

Loved the location and the fact that it's right on the beach.

We really enjoyed that there was lots of room to spread out in the property with three bedrooms and three floors. The dryer wasn't working when we first got there but the property manager responded promptly and had it fixed. Beach access was very convenient as noted in the listing and we enjoyed walking on the beach each night. My only disappointment was that there is a huge dune between the property and the beach. I was hoping to sit on the deck and listen to the ocean and that wasn't possible. The location of the dune meant that the noise from the AC units echoed back and drowned out any possible sound from the beach. We had an excellent view of the ocean from the primary bedroom, but the neighbor's trees and the dune obscured the view from most of the deck on the main floor.

We had a great vacation! Very easy to find, good location! Its not a corner unit but it is beach front. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms! Not enough "comfy" seating in the living room, at least it was a long couch! There was some cookware not very many dishes to eat off of or store leftovers. Small coffe pot. No real beach view from the main living area only the master bedroom... it needs some updating and a little tlc! The owner/rental company was very nice to work with! All in all it worked out and we had a great time!

Great location. Host was quick with responses and is very friendly. There were some issues with home maintenance that was brought to the host’s attention. We could not use the kitchen due to one of the issues. The master bedroom is great! Perfect view and bed is very comfortable. The rest of the beds-not so much. Again, some updates and general maintenance would have made this stay better. It’s steps from the beach and we enjoyed our time outside. It’s also very close to grocery stores, etc., and a quick drive to Virginia Beach area.
