Design of cottage simple with clean design lines inside and out. Spacious screened in back porch where i happily spent much of my time. Well equipped, happy kitchen. Quiet neighborhood within short walking distance of Bay pier.
Definitely will stay again.

This home was perfect for our group of 5 in the area to visit family. The host had great communication and they had everything we needed for our stay and more.
Easy check in and check out, full range of amenities, comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This house has so many nice touches throughout to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The unique coffee mugs, the fully appointed kitchen and the custom bath robes were just some of the things that show the hosts go above and beyond for their guests. Hosts were so welcoming and were easy to get in touch with. We loved the screened-in porch and with the ceiling fan it was comfortable even in the heat of the summer. The house is in a great location also, tucked away in a cute waterfront neighborhood but still close enough to Kent Narrows and Annapolis so we could go out for a night on the town. Our favorite day was a hike through the Terrapin Nature Park followed by a doggy swim at the Metapeake dog beach at which point our tired hound slept the rest of the day/evening while we went into Annapolis for dinner at Choptank and then ice cream at Kilwins. Can't wait to come back in the fall to try out the barrel sauna and the fire pit!

Beautiful new cottage. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this property... well furnished kitchen, great screened porch and outdoor space. Fresh flowers and bathrobes were a nice touch. I can honestly say there was nothing lacking.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Believe the reviews! Expectations absolutely match reality. The house is immaculate, modern, and laden with cozy hang out spots for 6 adults (and our toddler). Incredible touches everywhere you go - toddler toys, welcome muffins, prepped fire pit, kayaks at the launch, thoughtful hosts recommending sites and events to check out. Dog friendly touches made us really feel welcomed too. We will return!

The home was wonderful. As soon as we walked in we were comfortable. The decor is beautiful. The screened in porch is a whole other living area. The first night we enjoyed drinks, a fire and television on the porch. The next night we sat outside in Adirondack chairs around a fire that was already prepared for us to light. The property is close to Kent Narrows, Annapolis and a short mile walk to the water. We will be back again.

The attention to details in this home are amazing. The owners thought of everything. No need to leave this home while you are on vacation because the amenities inside and outside will create the perfect vacation. We will definitely come again! Thank you for a perfect stay

This was a terrific little escape. My wife had the week off since but I needed to work a bit but could do so remotely. Dog friendly property perfect for us. Very thoughtful touches including extra poop bags, board games, and wide coffee/tea selection. House and beds were comfortable and the location was peaceful. Seemed to be mostly retirees or weekend houses nearby. Easy walk to nearby park, fishing pier, and a short drive to some good hiking/birding and good restaurants at Kent Narrows.

I can’t say enough nice things about this home! It was the perfect place for us to stay for a weekend getaway. Cute, cozy, clean, and comfortable! Mark was very responsive and helpful. He made the entire check in and check out process super easy. We literally can’t wait to go back!

The house is wonderful. Great layout and design; the enclosed outside space is terrific, especially the large kitchen window that opens up to the outside bar! Very comfortable furniture, and perfectly dark bedrooms for sleeping in. And the little touches like ample supply of real dishes and flatware, enough kitchen supplies to make any meal you could want, and great smelling soaps, shampoo, and conditioner just make staying here a joy. We will definitely be coming back!

We’ve just returned from a memorable stay in this stellar house.Thoughtfully designed for universal access, this is a house that radiates charm and ease with exceptional attention to detail ( fully stocked coffee bar, plush bath robes, comfy beds, extra blankets…) We were treated to lovely Christmas decorations, treats and extra touches that were generous beyond description. Karen and Mark, their lovely ‘Off the Charts Stays’ is our favorite VRBO. Ever. Anywhere.

I was a VRBO virgin. This was our first and unfortunately, all future stays will pale in comparison. Our hosts, Mark & Karen, have created a little piece of Nirvana. Amenities anticipated our every need from pumpkin spice muffins, coffee, S’mores fixings, etc, etc. new property sent in the piney woods so tranquil and relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

This was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. It was beautiful and brand new and the owners really made the stay unique with all the thoughtful amenities. 11/10 rating. It was amazing.

We were so very happy with everything about this experience, from the kind owners to the quiet location by the Chesapeake Bay to the property itself. It's a great house, very comfortable, with a beautiful backyard. The screened-in patio was perfect for our evening football watching and the whole place was warm and inviting. We'll definitely be back and have already recommended the property to family and friends.

The house is cozy, immaculate and well stocked. We lived on the screened in back porch. The weather was perfect for a fire on the porch and a fire in the fire pit - both areas fully supplied. Food Lion and a few restaurants are all within 10-15 minutes, and an organized guide to the area was provided. It was easy to navigate crossing the bridge to Annapolis/The Naval Academy which was around 30 minutes away. Karen was generous and extremely easy to communicate with. We can’t say enough good things about our experience and hope to return.

We enjoy visiting Annapolis and the Eastern Shore, so this was the perfect location. It is obvious that the home was built for visitors to enjoy. The design and decor are beautifully done and the accoutrements are perfect. There are dozens of places to sit and visit or just relax. The owners were available, friendly and accommodating.
We absolutely plan to return in the future. I just hope the oyster is still in the house!

Everything you could need from chip bag clips to top of the line cookware and appliances with a lovely feel of a Maryland oasis. Very thoughtful with how this home has been stocked for guests and the decor and ambience are truly OFF THE CHARTS.

Depicted just as advertised and then some. This location is special. There are little unexpected touches to this place that makes staying here that much more enjoyable. The hosts are extremely communicative and without hesitation standing by to assist in any way possible to make staying here great. The screened in patio is a very cool element to the whole experience. Make no mistake about it, I’ll be back. Beautiful spot through and through. Great stay.

This home, and the owners, is so great. Not much of a better way to put it.
The house: Beautiful outside and in. Quite literally like a home away from home. We had shampoo and soap in the showers, all the kitchen needs, and our hosts were gracious enough to leave homemade muffins and some drinks for us to enjoy. The house is new, and much of everything inside. We spent most of our time on the patio out back, as it was perfect weather to just hang out and talk/play games.
The hosts are just as great as the house. They’re local folks, who are more than happy to make your stay as memorable as they can. They’ve got an open line of communication, and are happy to come over to start the fire in the fire pit out back, or just tell you how to use some of the stuff they’ve got in the house.
Overall, we’ll surely be staying here when we come back in the future for family visits. Great place, and great people.
