Beautiful home with lots of room. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of linens and towels. Great location. Lots of books to read and toys to play with. We loved playing corn hole. You can go relax and enjoy the surroundings.

This was a great property for the family. The kids loved the sand pit! The house was stocked with toys and many other amenities. Everyone in the area was so nice. Waterman Joe’s had great coffee, Captain Troy gave us a wonderful boat ride, the Kentmorr Restaurant/dirty Dave’s was very convenient, Amalfi Coast has great Italian food and Stevensville crabs were good. Donna was awesome and even checked in to make sure we were good the night we had a storm. Would love to stay again!

When we got there we were shocked to see how stocked the house was with stuff. The games, the kitchen supplies, etc. was more then I have ever seen. I will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect for a long weekend getaway! Extremely clean and amazing location. Donna was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful getaway place for friends and families. Although the house has only 3 bedrooms and the 4th one is kind of movie room with tv’s and sofa’s which can be used to sleep.

I rented this home for my family all 12 of us. It was a very warm and inviting home, well maintained. the owner were very responsive. Plenty of room and lots of fun volleyball tournaments. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great memories made.

Loved our time!

The house was great, with all the rooms/furniture/amenities as described. Seemed very clean, which we were concerned about during covid times. Our toddler kids enjoyed the volleyball sand court, hanging out in the shady tree, and even found a baby bunny in the garden. The boombox tape player works! Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils for cooking. Note there were plenty of spices and oil for cooking, but no condiments like mayo, and mustard. For those hoping to enjoy the beach at the restaurant next door, it opens at noon and got pretty crowded, so we didn't attempt. Matapeake beach up the road was pretty nice.

Donna and Bob have thought of everything at this house. We've rented many vacation homes and without a doubt this was the cleanest and most well stocked of any. My daughter and I are both sensitive to smells and found this house to be completely neutral ... no musty, stale, or disinfectant smells here! That is a first. I prepared 18 meals for 7 people over the course of six days and never once had to "make do" with any utensils, dishes, pot, pans, etc. There was an array of ages in our group (3, 5, 5, 40, 45, 68, 75). The layout of the house gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and enjoy different activities without getting in each other's way. And then there is the outside/yard. The deck and beach volleyball court were "ground zero" for some serious play. Many sand castles and games unfolded out in the sand. One morning, Grammie enjoyed 6 am coffee watching the young ones play in the sand in their jammies while mom and dad got some extra sleep. Swimming at Matapeake and Terrapin Parks was very (Covid) safe as the parks are not busy during the week. All the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. It was extremely hot during our stay but the AC did a great job keeping the house evenly cool from one end to the other. Sunsets are breathtaking. Donna and Bob are very thoughtful and helpful ... they will never be intrusive, but you know they are at the ready to provide assistance if needed.

We had a great stay at the Kent island beach house. Plenty to do outside with the volley ball, corn hole and a grill. The property manager was very available for any questions we might have had. I would definitely recommend this place for family vacations or a gathering of friends!

This was the perfect little getaway for our family! The house is clean and well-stocked so you can drop your bags and have a stress-free vacation. Our young son loved playing in the yard/ sand court with all of the beach toys and balls provided. We also enjoyed going to the Matapeake beach and getting delicious take out from Kentmor restaurant. The island is kind of quiet but it was perfect to get away and have some outdoor fun during Covid times. Donna, the owner, was VERY fast with responses/ communication and very friendly. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time staying at Donna’s. This was a last minute trip for us and it was perfect. The ocean is right across from the house. There is a seafood restaurant that is steps away from the house. There is a very looong trail if u bike or run or just going for a stroll. My daughter played with her beach toys on the volleyball court. We had a great time!

The accommodations were wonderful. The place is so clean and relaxing. All the guests felt very comfortable! We are talking about going out again as a family and staying during the summer months.

In Maryland for a family wedding and we rented what I like to call the compound (two houses side by side) which suited our large family perfectly. There was plenty to do and we had comfortable, well stocked accommodations for us all to chill and have a great time. Thanks Donna and Bob for making our stay a wonderful experience.

We were very pleased with the condition and location of the property. Our stay was comfortable, and our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy indoor activities. Our stay was during the winter because of a family event. We would like to stay again during the warm season. Great view of the Bay. One minute walk to Kentmorr Restaurant and beach. Hosts Donna and “On-The-Job” Bob were cordial, and remained interested in our comfort. Can’t say enough good about KI Beach House. Thank you, Donna and Bob

We stayed in the offseason and still had a blast. Location was great, house was perfect.

We stayed for a short visit at the house and loved it. With two young kids, there was plenty of grass to run around in and they loved the beach volleyball court. Donna was very helpful in addressing any needs we had. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect house for our family stay. Had a wedding at the Silver Swan Bayside and this home was within perfect distance to the venue and a great location for family to meet up during the weekend.

Rented both houses- a group of 20 (between the 2 houses) played Volleyball, Corn hole, and enjoyed the outdoors all weekend long. When it started raining we went right over to the Tiki Bar and enjoyed the rest of the day! Donna & Bob were available if there were any questions and it was just the perfect weekend!

The owners were very helpful in every way. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect with lots of seating and two tiki hut type umbrellas. The volleyball court provided many hours of fun for our entire family. We stayed here for a wedding at The Silver Swan and the location was great. It’s a perfect house for a large family gathering.

The owners Donna and Bob were very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay on Kent Island for our daughters wedding weekend. Family rented all 3 homes they own. The KI Beach house has a great layout for 12 people. Lots of room to spread out! Enjoyed the outdoor deck very much and rode the bikes several days. The Kentmorr restaurant was great too. Nice being so close we could walk. Will definitely go back !

We had a great weekend at this house. My only complaints are that the WIFi was sketchy at times making it difficult to use. Also, there was a definite odor of carpet shampoo in the family room that was overwhelming on the first night. Other that that it was a wonderful stay.

Donna was a great host and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
