The hotel was very clean. room had great views. Breakfast was very nice they gave me a beautiful flower bouquet at breakfast. The location was awesome and right off the bike path.

We were very disappointed with the view from our room. Parking lot view. Not even a partial water view. Our tv stopped working- reported it but never got fixed. We will choose a different hotel in Kent Narrows for our next visit as we come often to visit family on Kent Island

We very much enjoyed the stay. Conveniently located with lots of good restaurants in walking distance, the room had an awesome view of the water. The only negative was no recycling was available.

This hotel was great!! We were just passing through and I was thoroughly impressed. It’s right on the water, very relaxing, gorgeous sunsets, clean rooms, staff was incredible, bar and lobby area was great, breakfast buffet was delish, very kid friendly— no complaints here !! The only thing I would change it to splurge for the waterfront room because the views are amazing. Walkable to at least 5 restaurants as well. They also have their own food menu at the hotel. Loved our stay!

Well, it will be my last time staying at a Hyatt thats for sure. They gave me a different room then what i had paid for and no compensation for that. Second, the beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. No microwave or anything as well. Ill take my business else where from now on

Totally fine. This isn't luxury: the room is spacious and clean and new and mostly comfortable (oddly soft bed) but kind of a cross between a dorm room and a hotel. Sort of weird they don't take more advantage of being on the water and water culture (e.g., no kayaks or canoes for guests to even give the illusion of being connected to the bay). The pool is small, indoors, and honestly not inviting. It's probably perfectly fine but didn't scream the cleanest in the world. All else being equal, given that it's a gagillion degrees out, I would have chosen the hotel across the way with the outdoor pool.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Our new hidden gem in the Narrows! Wonderful customer service. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be back soon for another long weekend ☀️

Overnight stay on our way to Virginia Beach. The hotel had many restaurants in walking distance. It was located on a beautiful marina. They had a nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again to break up the trip.

We had an overnight stay at this property on trip south. We enjoyed the Marina view, boardwalk area and pool. The pool area has a door that opens to a deck area off the marina with a few lounge chairs. There’s a small boardwalk for walking around to watch the sunset. Also a restaurant is located next door that has an open water view as well. Rooms we’re comfortable,clean and spacious. Breakfast was good!

This hotel was beautiful. Right on bay with amazing sunsets. Hotel is clean and bright. Very friendly staff. Has an indoor pool, Gym was fantastic, bar in lobby, close to everything. Will def stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff and amazing views. Just wish the bachelorette party staying in the room next to us were quieter at midnight and that if people are going to have dogs stay with them, that they not bark at 11:30pm.

Can’t fault this hotel. The location is amazing. Rooms were roomy and clean with everything you need. Had some food in the restaurant which was really nice. The view from the patio is amazing. Breakfast options were better than we had seen in most hotels. Staff were lovely

Nice property but nothing special. Kind of nice view from dock side but limited by marina, foliage, and utility. Kind of shoehorned into a highway and bridge area. Bar and grille very limited in what they could provide, though lots of options nearby. Dog-friendly made not people-friendly at times. Probably works well for people arriving by boat. Not a good value for motorists.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for several reasons. The view from our room was awful, it overlooked the street, all concrete and not a single tree. Also, the pool was closed when I wanted to use it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Absolutely loved this hotel. So many positives - the water views, the cleanliness, the gym, the breakfast, the rooms, and location. I couldn’t ask for more out of a hotel.
One thing to note is that breakfast is included for all guests. You will also see the same on the Hyatt website. However, the app here offered breakfast as a $33 add-on during booking. Fortunately, I knew better so I declined it.

We were super impressed with the cleanliness 1st and foremost, immediately followed by the breakfast buffet, which was phenomenal. The view of the water and the boats off the back public deck area was gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again.
