Perfect from beginning to end! This holiday was perfect for us all. Plenary for the adults and children. And the location is perfect to walk, cycle or even scoot!! Highly recommend We have booked again for next year!!!

Our party of 11 rangeing from ages 2-67 yrs, had the best holiday, the villa is in the perfect location right on the beach, two lovely pools and lots of room. Everything from our initial booking with Kerry and Angela were 1st class and were always there for any questions we had before traveling,and once we arrived. It was just perfect and will definitely be visiting again

The villa i Cabo sits just on the edge of the beach, overlooking the sea and the distant sky line of Torrevieja. There is a privat path to reach the public beach! Three spacious doubles and one quadruple, lots of room for entertaining both outside and indoors. We had some problems with the gate, with the electric fuses and the pool, but all was handled quickly by the staff at JK. Only down side was that it was 10-15 mins walk to limited no of restaurants. But with a car it was easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars. Also a short drive to LaZenia - a huge shopping mall.

Hi Angela It was another wonderful stay at "our" house for all 13 of us! The new pool is absolutely great and we feel like kings and queens lying around it😀😀 We did have the fuse blow, when we've used stove and oven and hairdryer at the same time. We then unpluged the water boilers, that helped a bit. Is a stronger fuse possible, or are the wires to small for more power? Other then that small detail it was suuuuper! Our group of 6 ladies were thrilled with the location and size of the villa. Lots of space for privacy. Plenty of sun loungers. A lovely warm sea breeze meant no need for air conditioning. Our favourite time was having al fresco long lunches and it was ideal with all the outdoor space available. The beach was lovely and was fairly quiet when we were there. There was a gorgeous panoramic view from the terrace or the conservatory area. We all agreed it was the best villa we had ever stayed in and are looking to book again next year.

The location is ideal to go to with small children (only house with direct access to the beach). The grandparents found it wonderful, the kids had a great time. Top. One small point for improvement: the kitchen could do with some more glasses, plates etc... for larger families. I wish I was still there!

This is our third vacation at the beach villa in cabo roig, we love it here the location is amazing!! We are a family of 7 from Norway , we like the space this villa has with different inside and outside areas so we can all do separate things if we like. The children love the ping pong and table football and wifi and hanging out on the beach . There are some good local restaurants and a big supermarket within walking distance. We eat out 3 or 4 times during the week and for the other days we stay home and BBQ (good meat available from local supermarket) and just relax in the garden with some wine and listen to the ocean , it is always a pleasure to visit this house , we have already booked for 2015 thank you jk villas

Have just spent a week at the villa - 6 adults and 5 children. A perfect family getaway. We had a lovely time just hanging round the villa and being able to allow the children to go to the wonderful beach below. A great coastal walk/run and lots of spots to snorkel. We didn't hire a car, however the Cabo Roig strip is a fair walk (30 mins) and the supermarket (15 mins) which is not easy in the heat carrying heavy shopping. Taxis were quite hard to come by so we didn't get to explore the area too much. The villa itself is in a prime location, and although was clean and tidy, it could do with a bit of maintenance. Linen and pillows were sparce and some not suitable for very hot weather and the towels were tired and worn. There was not even enough cutlery for all of us to eat at once. However saying that these are minor details and certainly didn't affect our enjoyment too much, just a bit annoying. Although I think things like this are reflected in the price. Am missing the amazing views and sounds of the sea. Would definately return but would take some home comforts next time. Thanks Kerry!
