Booking.com is advertising false accommodation title as LUXURY that turns out room smells like TOILET. During customer stay booking.com and associates perform procedures to hide the toilet smell using  unbreathable substances that create coughs on customer lungs. Booking.com and associates are requesting customer to keep the room promising that the TOILET and SUBSTANCES smell will go away eventually, abusing customer rights. After the customer left the room because did not tolerate the smell Booking.com and associates make false statements that alternatives accommodation was offered.  On the customer support side Booking.com put customer on hold over 10 times during a 2h conversation trying to discourage continuing the refund process. Booking.com is trying to imply that their internal falty process by not keeping and escrow is actually customer problem asking customer to resolve the refund process with a third party. Booking.com refuses to refund customer on the argument that the funds were already forwarded to a third party.

My stay at this apartment was fantastic, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional quality and freshness of the furnishings. The apartment was tastefully adorned with brand-new, high-quality furniture that added a touch of elegance and also ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Bucharest, so that was a big plus. Also, the host was really nice and helpful.
