The location is good away from all the hustle. Family suite was of good size. Setup of the room is beautiful. All Staff are very good and very responsive. Kids had good time and our pet as well. Breakfast was also very good.
Cleanliness needs to be improved as part of hygiene. The floors and sinks are not clean. Patio/ Balcony is dusty and furniture weren't cleaned and dusted

Some of the facilities were good, staff was courteous and service was good.
I had a very bad experience with my taxi pick up from the station. I had asked the hotel to help me with the booking. and they put me onto their person who handles this aspect. Sagar then gave me a rate of Rs1500 from the local driver and then kept insisting that I pay him directly through a QR code. This QR code was his personal and not that of the hotel. The local driver who Sagar sent for us was highly unreliable and was very unprofessional. He was constantly trying to book more rides as he was driving us and was not focussed on driving properly. As a hotel, it is your duty to have good and reliable vendors if you are yourself not providing the service. Local Taxi is a very big issue in Goa and everyone knows about it. If you are not able to have vendors who are thoroughly checked with police verification, then please do not harass your clients. Simply say, you cannot provide the service. I had to pay double the amount to Sagar which I found out when I booked through Goa Miles as for the same distant they charged me exactly 50% of the amount. The driver was police verified, in proper uniform, was not chewing beetle leaves and was not talking on phone while driving. As a responsible and big hotel Please recommend Goa Miles to your guests if they ask for a local taxi recommendation. Kindly do not help spread unprofessional taxi mafia because of which your guests are harassed. And do check your employee Sagar's vendors through whom he is trying to earn extra money.

The stay was very good, and the facilities and space in the resort are amazing. My kids enjoyed a lot the kids area, games area, and pool. The kitchen food was amazing; we booked dinner and breakfast, and it was a spectacular international menu for breakfast with all types of cheese and diverse ingredients. On dinner, the experience was not different; we repeated food many times, which made us feel very comfortable and always cared for food. I want to congratulate the chef, Sitara, and all his team for making us feel at home with the best and most delicious food.
There are a few problems: the hotel does not have enough staff for the size of the resort, so they forget what we ask, and we need to call many times. I experienced rain there, and at this time, there was no work available to provide toil in the pool or anything else. The resort is not close to the beach and is far from the market.

A must place to stay. The hotel is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The room was large and bright . The king bed was beyond comfortable with crisp, new, soft white sheets. Soft sheets are a must for me. The large Plunge Pool attached to your room was so relaxing after a hot day outside. The towels were soft, new, and actually wrapped around my body. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical plants of every imaginable variety. There are lots of shady areas as well as sunny ares to sit, with comfy chairs and umbrellas. Last but not least the General Manager of the Antarim was professional, helpful and friendly.
You must stay at the Antarim while in Goa.

This is one of the best properties I have visited in North Goa. It is modern and clean. However, added features really made a difference. There hotel is spun over a huge area on top of a hillock including a cool rooftop bar. The restaurant in the lobby has a very nice breakfast offering both a la carte and buffet! The location is great, very walkable to the nearby beach which is just one and a half mile away. All of that said, my only reason I am writing this review is all the other great staff at the reception desk! They were so awesome and accommodating; a real pleasure to interact with. Each one of them was quick to offer a smile and super helpful recommendations. They left a lasting impression with their professionalism and good nature. BIG BIG BIG BIG UP TO THE PEOPLE ! Thank you for making the stay for my friends and I very very enjoyable!!!!!!! Whenever we are in the area we will be staying at the Antarim Resort

Love the pool, amenities and the restaurant on the balcony was a one of one experience. Looking forward to coming back. I will never forget the experience and i am so grateful to have experienced this at this hotel. I will recommend this place to more people.

It was a great stay. The resort upgraded my room. Huge rooms. Huge Swimming pool. Great Cocktails at the bar. Lavish Buffet. In a nutshell, I have nothing to complain about.

Location for sunset lovers is amazing. Very clean property with great hospitality. It was so comfortable to a point where we wanted to extend our stay. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

1- Rooms are big, comfy beds and pillows.
2- Daily treats from housekeeping!
3- Calm and in 10 minutes you'll be in mid candolim.
4- Friendly staff especially at the breakfast
5- Decent breakfast though portions of danishes are huge and not that delicious. Not items for non Indians have to be added
1- A bit far from beach but was good for us as we've renter a scooter!

3- housekeeping standards were not maintained every day! We ordered slippers that never came, refill for espresso capsules...

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of dished all feshly prepared each morning. The breakfast times was from 8am to 11.30 am which I thought was a good amount of time. The dinner options were also good. The restaurant staff are super helpful and very prompt. The room was large and specious with a good sized balcony. The ambience of the common areas are very relaxing and clam. The location is failry close to Candolim town and beach, as well as Panjim. It's about 45mins from Dabolim airport. Drivers are organised through the hotel. I think overall its fairly good value for money.
The rooms was dusty and definitley needs more thorough cleaning. Also, the main bathroom had an odd odor so the ventilation was not good. The water isn't always hot. They should also consider having a "do not disturb" or "clean up" sign for rooms.

Liked the patio and room.
There was no activity area.
The game zone was so small that the TT ball jumping on pool Table and vice versa.
No wellness/ spa is in the property. May be it ll be launched soon.
Beach is faaaaaaaar away from the property.
The property is not on road and quite far from the main road on a hill, without a vehicle it’s not worth to stay in the property.
I took premium room with Patio. But because there was no other facility apart from bed and bathroom. I did not find it worth.
Live music (a lad with a guitar with no mic) is from 5 pm till 7 pm only. The singer was good but you could hear him as there was no mic. Also who go to lobby and sit at 5 pm to listen the show. So I found it funny.
Overall it was NOT a good experience.

It's a beautiful property on a beautiful land. The hotel is at an elevation that gives a beautiful view of the lush green surroundings. The sunset from the room balcony is better than the shores. I would love to stay more but I have to go. Adios Goa. Will meet soon.

This resort is located middle of the hills with an amazing greenery view. I had an amazing stay at the Hillside . The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.All the major tourist attractions are in near proximity.

First of all I would like to thanks to the management of Antarim , to provide such a beautiful service during our stay. Rooms oh my god such a huge rooms with balcony neat and clean food was such an amazing and delicious beautiful surrounding and pool, , clean environment. don't forget to have a sip of drink in there beautiful bar called silva . Everything will make your holidays special. keep it up team Antarim we will visit again

Grote kamers, mooie uitstraling. Een hotel met potentie. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het eten is lekker.
Hygiëne. Het hotel is net nieuw. De hygiëne was echt ver onder de maat en zeker niet wat je zou verwachten voor deze prijs.
Vloer niet goed schoon, vlekken op de muren, ramen niet schoon. Hele mooie plunge Pool met mooi uitzicht, maar hele vieze ramen. Dat doet helaas echt af.
De bank is ook super vies. Maak ook schoon onder de kussens 🙏
De afwerking is ook ver beneden de maat. Het ontwerp is super, maar door de afwerking doet het echt af.

The Maintainance No hot water and post numerous complaints no step taken to rectify. They just sent different people to check but could not provide hot water.
We stayed in a suite room and hot water is the basic necessity on a leisure trip.

Breakfast was amazing good variety for everyone I’m from uk ans my family indian so we have different preferences - it definitely met everyone’s expectations. We also loved the fact that it was till 11.30 so we could have a bit of a lie in before breakfast . The staff were so hospitable and friendly too .
I thought the plunge pool would be a bit warmer we found it very cold in the evenings as it was winter but I assume it would be fine in the summer .

The breakfast selection was high quality and lots of choice. The room itself is huge and finished to a high standard.
The lobby area is decorated well.
The hotel is clearly still a work in progress. You can tell from the construction around the pool, the gym that's not ready yet, the fresh paint smell in the rooms, and the overall lack of a lively vibe in the place. I really wish they had mentioned all this when I was booking; I would've probably looked elsewhere. It's labeled as a 5-star hotel, and while it might get there someday, it's definitely not there yet. The staff are nice enough, but they could do with some more training on how to handle guest issues. Also, it felt a bit overwhelming at times with mostly male staff hanging around in groups. As for the location, it's pretty out of the way, tucked near some industrial area, and not the easiest spot for taxis to find. So, be prepared to take a lot of taxi rides if you want to go anywhere interesting.

There is nothing you can't roam around , the resort should have some shuttle facility to take guests to the candolim beach. The menu for breakfast needs to have more options. There should be buffet options for dinner and lunch
