Well my employee didn't have any issues. But I had some issues. I was trying to sign a credit card authorization so that my employee could not worry about anything. So I went up there in person to fill out paperwork and I was told that it's all done by email. So I emailed and waited. 24 hours go by and no answer. So I called and the lady said oh no you have to email another person a manager. I emailed the manager and nothing. So I really hope your employees don't mind using their own cards as incidentals.

This hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I have traveled a lot. The only thing I wish they had….is a coffee pot. Or coffee available in the lobby. Had to go to gas station to get coffee every morning. Just a little inconvenient.

Extraordinary clean and quiet. The very thing I look for as a travel nurse who works the night shift! The staff are amazing! Inviting, friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

Front desk was closed upon arrival. Kiosk for after-hour check-in was not available. Called Expedia and woodbridge, neither cared I was 5 hours away from home and unable to get checked in.

Hand towels were too small.

Checked into a room that already had a person sleeping in it.

We arrived at hotel about 8pm. We checked in and when we got up to the room they were in there cleaning it!! We informed the front desk and she assured it would only be a few minutes. 30 minutes later we are still sitting the hall outside the room waiting!

This place was perfect for us. Really liked the spaciousness and practical storage of the room (lots of cupboards and open shelving and open room under the bed), as well as the full size fridge, sink, microwave and even induction burners. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was really nice. We only stayed two nights, but I can see how doable it would be to stay for an extended time.

This is our third time staying here when we visit our daughter. It’s very clean and convenient to everything. The price is also very agreeable.

Its a basic place but new and nice. We are only staying one night so dont need much. At least by the date i write this, the get direction tab on the expedia app brings me to a wrong address.

It was very clean and secure. You had to use your room card to access the area to get to the rooms and elevators so no one could just walk in. It seemed to be brand new.

Good room, good stay, received clean towel upon request and very friendly staff. The only negative aspect of this trip was servicing the room.. we stayed for 9 nights and never had our room cleaned.

For the most part this was a semi decent place it was clean it however did not have any breakfast not even coffee in the lobby or your room you could rent a coffee pot for more money on top of that they charged me almost the same in the room rental as the incidental's which it's been 3 days and i still don't have it returned i would not stay in this place unless i had no other choice

I was very happy with the price. We had to stay in the area at the last minute. We did have a lot of the essentials and this hotel offered nothing. Had a small kitchen with no utensils nor dishes. No ice available at all in the hotel. That’s a first for us. Great location We frequently visit. Don’t think I would ever stay there again. Thank you for letting me voice, my opinion.

We were unable to stay due to a family emergency. We were past the cancellation window, but the staff took great care and canceled for us anyway. This was great customer service and they showed great compassion and professionalism.

It looks great in the pictures. It has great curb appeal. It's very affordable for what you get. The check in process at 8PM for us was 30 min. Self check in portal was not working. No one answered the provided "check in" phone, and when we called Woodspring Suites corp directly, they could not reach the emergency contact person!!! I think I get this Woodspring Suites business model. Provide guests a clean and affordable room, but the services that you might expect are reduced, which is what seems to make the place affordable. Just be aware of your expectations when you book.

The room was nice and cleaned. We were staying there for a long weekend funeral and only used for short sleeps and showering. Love that they have a kitchen except we would have to purchase the cookware but being it's an extended hotel, it was expected. Only issue i had was the counter only opened from 9 am to 9 pm. And it didnt have the usual anemities things such as hair dryer, iron, etc and would need to do so by request.

The property smelt toxic in the halls and the room. I complained and was told they had spray for bugs that day. I aired out the room for 2 hours but it still smelt. I did not stay. I call Expedia and talked to the night clerk, no one could tell me I would not be charred. The desk staff even rolled her eye at me and refused to help when I asked her to note what was going on. Expedia said they would be reaching to them again today to talk to the managers.

Property was conviently located for my needs.

Front desk staff was too busy with personal matters on their cell phones to help guests, took forever just to check in. Our room’s bed didn’t have sheets on it when we arrived and the floor was so dirty it caused the bottom of my white socks to turn black. A different staff member brought us sheets, that we put on the bed ourselves. Walls were paper thin so you could hear anything and everything all the time.
