Clean, modern and quiet hotel. I recommand!

The lady at the Check-in argued with us about our reservation before she verified and finally agreed that we were right. They also forgot dirty towels in the bathroom from the previous stay

Very noisy with the traffic and expensive. At this price, the parking should be included.

The hotel its self was wonderful. Clean and safe. Though check in was not great. The lady at the desk seemed to give french speaking guests preferential treatment, as they were helped before me even though I was there first. Also, I was expected to pay an extra $17 for parking as we booked on Expedia, with out warning. Also, breakfast is another $12 extra. For the amount we paid for one night you'd think these would be complimentary. These extra charges just felt like cash grabs that will make us think twice before staying here again.

Very new and elegant, just the staff is not enough to deal with lots of guests coming at the same time .however they are very kind and smart .

Very comfortable for sleeping (great beds, room painted chic black and red with blackout blinds), quick access to the highway, nice bar area.

17$ parking in Levis Quebec... on a weekend... This isn't a New York size metropolis, it's a suburb. The hotel is surrounded strip malls and restaurants with free parking... should just be included in the 250$ a night suburb hotel room.
If you have more than one room, make sure they are on the same floor, you need your room card to take the elevator, and it only allows you to go to your room's floor.

Everything was great at this hotel, including the food. The head guy working at the restaurant was a bit rude though.

The beds are too soft and thus uncomfortable. The AC is super loud

This is a very beautiful hotel with very clean, modern & classy decor. The dark curtains are a win for me when it comes to sleeping. We were "upgraded" to a king with Murphy bed and both beds were comfortable and I loved having a solid duvet over top of me. There is a phenomenal restaurant across the street that has a wide variety of entrees & family friendly options. I can't wait to stay at this hotel in future.

The staff was slow, didn’t communicate properly and didn’t seem to know anything about their own property. It was one of the worse experiences I’ve had. These people should not be in hospitality services.

Nice modern hotel but very dark. The rooms are painted in black, ideal if you want to sleep late in the morning. No wine glasses in the room. I didn’t appreciate to have to pay for parking in Lévis.

Good experience, except for the payment. We paid Hôtel.com but Grand Hôtel Times haven't received the confirmation at the reception. They wanted to charge us again. We gave a 100.00 $ deposit plus the price of the room. So we were scared to pay twice the same room. Finally everythings ends well.

it was alright. little distant from tourist area. clean and friendly staffs. one thing was paid parking. another Grand hotel times we stayed didn't charge for ground parking but here they did. Other than that, the area was pretty quiet so we were able to have good rest.
