The bed is rock hard.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Everything in the room is very old, the furniture and everything in the bathroom is old and needs to be changed. The room had an odd smell. The fridge was old and very loud, it kept me up all night and the plug was not accessible for it to be easily unplugged.

The room was nice and big. It stayed comfortable temperature wise while we stayed there. it’s close to the buses we needed to take and a few good restaurants!

The entrance was a bit strange cuz of the abandoned looking building next to it, but that’s about it.

The hotel is in a very central location. The room was nice and big, with a clean shower with bathtub shower. Check in/out process was easy. Reception man was very helpful showing where to eat and how to get the bus to Hahoe Village.

The room floor was heated and the chap at the front office was helpful.

Trying to balance the room temperature between the air conditioner and the heated flooring was challenging. As a result, the room was either too cold and breezy or too warm.

The room size! It was enormous, very comfortable. The beds had hard matresses but we like them that way so we slept well. The receptionist gave as a map with bus schedule and near interesting places - very practical! We would have a huge problem without this schedule. Be aware that buses are often late, sometimes run once per hour and finish service early. We could refill our bottles in the reception with fresh cold water. Hotel is a little old, but location and size made up for that for us.

The room was too hot and the staff could not lower the heating system. The staff was nice but not often at reception desk.

The man at the front desk was very personable and helpful, and he had excellent English which was a great help! The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the Mask Festival and a 15 minute walk to the river.

The tub backed up into the bathroom floor on the first day which was a bit unappealing.

No provision for breakfast, the former coffee shop is abandoned, the other facilities are very run down

uncomfortable bed and mattress. Kettle in room but small thin paper cups useless to make tea or coffee. very basic room.

it felt like a haunted house. dark room, squeaky beds with springs sticking out of the mattress. looked like the owners haven’t invest a won since 70’s

The room was clean, but everything was really dated. The staff I met were nice and polite, but no one was there when I arrived at check-in time.

The mini refrigerator was very noisy; the advise I got from the manager was to turn it off when I was in the room! The bed was uncomfortable, in particular the mattress was hard as a rock and the sheets were synthetic.
