Wonderful accomodation, ideally situated, 10 minutes walk, down steep steps, to the harbour front and a similar time to get to Porthminster Beach.

Everything was fabulous from booking, owner communication to checking in. Plenty of parking for 4 cars in front of the property allowed easy loading and unloading of luggage. The 2 front bedrooms were large with picture windows and harbour views. The rear bedrooms faced onto the courtyard and were more compact. The living area was huge and had every thing you could possibly need with plenty of seating for everyone and the most mesmerising view from the floor to ceiling window wall. The property is at the end of a very quiet cul de sac above the town. The walk down is fine but it is a more challenging return - however we all managed it including pensioners and pram!
If we were lucky enough to be in St Ives would we stay here again? You bet we would - it was perfect!!

Really lovely stay with lots to do in and around st ives. The property is beautiful and very well equipped. The absolute selling point for this house are the stunning views from the living space
The garden area needs a bit of an update if you wanted to sit in it for any period of time
Overall highly recommend the property and owners very responsive.

A very clean,modern,warm,superbly equipped, 4 bedroom house with amazing views over St.Ives, and a 7 minute walk down to the harbour and shops. An excellent welcome pack! Highly recommended!

Our second stay in Chynalls and we enjoyed it just as much the second time. The spacious top floor living area has wonderful views of the town, harbour, to the sea. Just a short walk down (and up) steps to the centre of town meant no need to use our car, a great benefit in St Ives. And the house has easy and ample parking. The house is very comfortable well equipped, our hosts made booking and checking in so easy and the welcome pack was very generous. Highly recommended.

Lots of little extras. Very efficient underfloor heating. We all had a wonderful comfortable stay and we would highly recommend it. Only draw back maybe the steps down to the town but we managed with children and elderly parents.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay here in this exceptional holiday home in st ives. The house was wonderful. Four bedrooms which could have been made into twins. Three bathrooms, one ensuite which was very useful with a group of us with three children. Rod and Beta even catered excellent for our baby and provided a cot and high hair which was extremely useful. The house decor was ultra modern with an amazing top floor living dining and kitchen area with views overlooking the whole of st ives. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and excellent communication from the owners from the start. The house was close to to town centre and had spaces for at least three cars. We are just considering when to return next year. Thanks Rod and Beta for a wonderful hospitality in amazing accommodation.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday and have to say this house has the wow factor from the location to the facility's and panoramic views of St Ives. Rod and Beata have been fantastic owners to deal with - one of our best holidays to date !

I booked the holiday for extended family - the 8 of us all agreed that this was an outstanding property and the perfect base for our week in St Ives.
Rod and Beata attention to detail was first class with what was provided with the house and left nothing to chance. It was immaculate, perfectly maintained and the view - World Class and beat anything that was on TV.
I would without hesitation , and have , recommend this property and St Ives.
We look forward to staying again.

A really wonderful new house - the ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Ives. Rod and Beta were so helpful with any enquiries we had. Missing the fabulous view over the harbour!

Chynalls was every bit as it was described, and more. We needed to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children and this home managed it with ease. The view of St Ives harbour was fantastic and we couldn't stop admiring it from the living room picture window. It is ideally placed for access into St Ives, with either 110 steps leading directly into the town centre or a more sedate walk via the roads, and the parking facilities meant that we never got tied up with the town congestion when coming in or going out. This modern finish property was very clean and well maintained to a high standard, with all modern appliances supplied and stocked.The owners were incredibly welcoming, meeting us on our arrival, providing a tour of the property and being on-hand for any queries that may have arisen, thus providing an excellent service all round.
Everything we could have needed was supplied to us, including a welcome selection of beverages and a healthy supply of barbecue charcoal. This property, and its owners, made our stay even better than expected. The whole process, from booking the dates to making the payments to liaising with details, was so simple and easy to do that we're not too sure why we would use a hotel again. We would very strongly recommend Chynalls, and its owners, to anyone looking for quality accommodation in St Ives.
