It was the perfect rental for two small families of 4. Beach access and great home.

We had an amazing stay at the home in Stinson! Sergei was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, and plenty of space! We appreciated the funky beach cottage layout with sprawling room for the group! Can’t beat the beachfront access! Thank you!

You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing the beach had many areas with visible water damage on the floors, walls and even windowsills. The smell was so strong in the back room that we didn’t feel safe sleeping in it. The kitchen sink also had an active leak that had trash cans under to collect the water which we were never made aware of. The house seemed to also have very little insulation which resulted in it being extremely cold in the evenings which wasn’t great given we had multiple children with us. Had this been disclosed we would have packed differently and come prepared but we received no instructions other than where to find the key to the house. Overall this property could be a great place to vacation if the issues are corrected and the posting is updated to accurately reflect its condition. But as it is we are disappointed given the price point and condition.
