What an amazing trip! This home is absolutely the perfect location, down the beach a little bit and very peaceful. The decks on both sides of the house are wonderful for watching the surroundings. Beach across the street, Little Lagoon with fishing dock out back, pool at the house. Doesn’t get much better! Love the majority of the pool is underneath the house. Helps it stay a little cooler and you don’t fry in the sun. We had our 4 grandkids with us, they had the best of times! Definitely recommend, definitely will be back! One last thing. The upstairs AC stopped working the first day. I called and they were prompt getting someone out there and it was an easy fix. Things happen, the test is how the folks that manage the property react. They took care of us immediately, that’s what you want!

We stayed in this house with another family for a total of 10 guests. All of us fit perfect and had a great time. The house is brand new and it was very clean. Being able to get in the pool in the sun or in the shade was very nice. If you are planning to bring jet skis, boat, kayaks, etc. the dock on the back works perfectly. Access to the beach is about one mile away, but it was not difficult at all. Being on this part of the island makes you a little more secluded and quiet, no traffic, etc. Overall we had a great time, and would recommend it to anyone. I will for sure be back to this place in the following years

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay at the White House. The house was well stocked- especially with kitchen items, pillows and blankets. You will need to provide all of your own beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc, as there are no beach or pool supplies. The house is in a wonderful location, a short walk across the street to the beach, or a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this property and will keep it on our short list to stay at again!! A great home away from home!

I loved the decor of the house. The kids loved fishing off the pier every night.

Let me first say, we were the very first family to stay at the White House. It is a beautiful brand new 6 bedroom home right on Little Lagoon with its own sandy beach right in back and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy, the house was spotless! The builder even paid us a visit to make sure everything was ok! There were a couple of calls to customer service about the pool heat but they responded quickly with a service call, hopefully they can figure out the issue although with summer coming soon, heating the pool won’t be important. That being said, we would love to come again soon, our family of 5 adults and 6 kids, aged 15 to 2, had a great time!
