The floor was dirty, ice cube tray half empty, the name on booking.com wasn't the name of the building, there was no milk warmer for the coffee machine, the rear door was unlocked, there was no parking directions/lift location signs/ we entered a construction site via an internal lift, can't lay a bath mat down because the shower screen doors can't be opened if you do,

The location was really good and we really liked the lovely new apartment. The kitchen had everything and was so nice and modern.

The pillows were slightly firm but probably because of the newness!

Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Great facilities and fairly close to mall but also very quiet.

Wind in corridor whistled under the door, but was resolved with a couple of towels as a doorstop.

Somebody parked in my car space No one onsite When went to get into bed for first night - somebody had written one the bed sheets - DONT TOUCH - weird - this was unsettling - No information in apartment for things to do places to go

We were met by the cleaner at the mailbox, we went up to the room and when we went in we were extremely happy with the cleanliness, how much there was in the room and the location. We were so happy with the apartment that we called up on the second last day to extend our stay. They made it extremely easy for us to extend the stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. All of the staff were friendly and approachable and the gentleman in the office was so lovely to talk to, asking us if we were enjoying our stay. We have stayed in multiple locations and have never been as satisfied with the place as we were here. Definitely will be staying here again.

My group and I booked 4x2BR apartments. Everyone absolutely loved their stay! Very central location: 6min to the athletics track which was the purpose of our trip. Facilities were GREAT. Awesome to have a bathroom per bedroom.

Each apartment has an internal communication thing (screen near the air-conditioning controls) which you can call other rooms from. We got prank called by another room at 10:30pm which was frustrating. Make sure you silence calls on this when you arrive unless you intend to make use of it!

Well equipped and large kitchen. Large bedrooms with comfortable King beds. Well setup and good size lounge and dining room. Modern bathrooms. Small but deep rooftop pool with plenty of seating and towels. Large common area on ground floor with bbq.

Excellent accommodation, brand new room, super clean. Gym and pool facilities really good. Great location. Guest services kept us up to date for the stay. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurant's,shops and the beach. Nice modern apartment with everything we needed. Free parking was a huge plus for us.

Been picky, no broom in the apartment, needed more cutlery.

Really lovely new and modern apartments. Staff were very helpful allowing me to use the stairs as I wasn’t keen on the lift, personal preference, there was nothing wrong with the lifts. The room was clean, kitchen had everything you need to make a homemade meal, laundry was hidden away but had everything you need, even the little throw blanket on the lounge was a nice touch that just made the place feel like home. Would most certainly recommend this place.

The 2bdrm apartment was perfect fir our family if 4.We had 2 bathrooms,the kitchen was perfect and the living/dining area was a good size.Being on the 13th floor we had great views of Wollongong.

Loved the full kitchen, washing facilities, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area, balcony plus so much more! Super easy check in/check out process. Secure parking at no additional cost. Rooftop pool with incredible views along the coastline. Short distance by car to the beach. Close to Mall.

Apartment, size of the rooms, big bathroom, the view was good, the balcony, pool was good, but small wouldn't fit many people. Shopping near by.

one tv, no broom,mob, vaccum or cleaning materials/products to clean our rooms, need to add a indoor pool with a hot tub in future if possible.

Very centrally located. A quality apartment, very well maintained and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Access was easy, remote check-in procedure was smooth.

The street is rather uninviting, but the proximity to the city centre makes up for it. Some sheer curtains would be beneficial, for privacy when the blinds are raised.

Very close to shops, great massage around the corner with parking out front. Good views both east and west. Great rooftop pool.

The apartment was easy to check in. Plenty of parking underneath, walking distance to where we needed to go.
