The hosts waited for me to arrive and welcomed me to the property.
The apartment itself is beautiful and clean with a well stocked kitchen.
Our daughter found the baby bed comfy
We had asked the hosts for more soap for the dishwasher and washer along with toilet paper but did not get any response back from them. I know it was where I could reach them as they were able to advise when the water was going to be shut off and they had asked when we were planning to depart. Also, there was only a limited amount of hot water, so we were not able to take showers at the end of the day.

Really lovely welcome, and good advice on where to explore in the area. Great location, near trams and buses but very walkable into downtown. Kitchen had everything you needed if you want to stay in and cook

slight wear and tear in areas, bathroom tiles a little dirty and could not get the TV to work at all (I’m
sure if we had asked we could have however it wasn’t a major issue)!

There was no toilet paper in the apartment, it was not clean and there was no soap or shampoo(in booking it said that it's coming with)

The furniture and kitchen are nice. Close to beautiful buildings, restaurants and attractions in the centre of Bordeaux.
The apartment is actually on the second floor but no lift. The parking was terrible, it is an underground car park 5-8 minutes walk away. The designated car parking space on -6 level had been taken up. No telephone signal underground inside the car park which was very inconvenient. It was very time consuming and wasted a lot of my valuable time in Bordeaux. The host had no response to my text messages and phone calls at all.

The location is super central. The apartment has a lot of charm and is furnished in a very nice and modern way.

Great location, excellent WiFi.
Great apartment in great location. However some things could be improved. Poor pillows, lack of toilet paper and toiletries. Entrance hall very dark. Late communication with host re keys and access. I understand that the host is improving these aspects so don't be put off it is a nice apartment.

the location was excellent and everything needed was there for a pleasant stay. the manager was very responsive when anything arose.
smoking from above apartments coming in but manager ‘fixed’ it with tape around the door which helped immensely. also some dampness could use a dehumidifier but overall a great place

The location of the apartment was good.
There were damp areas in the one of the bedroom corners and the balcony area. (which had a damp musty smell) I was under the impression that there was an actual balcony but it was just an area with seating and a roof skylight that let some light in.

We were a group of 9 women over the 3 apartments.
Easy communication with the hosts, who were friendly and helpful. The three apartments are spacious and comfortable. Couch beds are not as bad as usual. Room beds are comfortable. Bathrooms have lots of space. Nice Hermes amenities.
It has all you need. Central location on a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants.

We really liked the location it couldn't be better. The size of the apartment is also great.
There is a weird smell in the apartment probably coming from mold. Also, on the bathroom's roof, there's quite some mold. To be honest, the cleanliness was not great.

It was a horrible appointment full of mould. It smelt and had many spots in the bathroom and restroom of mould. Electric sockets were broken. With a big working area just in front of the apartment-the whole street gets nes pipes-it was awful. The bed was old and we would roll into the middle. Three sleepless nights
I woukd not recommend to stay there at all!

The apartment was great, it has everything you would need on a trip and it is very central. We really enjoyed our stay
The personnel was friendly and helpful. However they forgot to tell us a couple of important things about the parking, which resulted in a lot of inconvenience for us. However, when we asked them they did give us helpful answers. It would have been nice if they would have told us immediately.

The location cannot be beat. Right next to Le Musée des Beaux Arts. Within walking distance from the riverfront, Hôtel de Ville, Place Parlement, Quinquonces, Rue de Sainte Catherine and a myriad of brasseries, bistros and restaurant.
The apartment itself has been very renovated in a very nice contemporary way. Very comfortable and air conditioned. Spacious bathroom and a very functional kitchen and sitting room.
