Calm Place and close to beach

Nice room which had pool view the food is good room had ac with fridge beach is just 2 min walk we enjoyed or stay thanks to Pranay was very helpful he arranged scooters rent

The room wasn't clean. The facilities (available on the request, not in the room or sometimes not available at all) were very poor (even the iron was burnt and not useable) and during my stay (5 nights) there was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower. The bedsheets and towels had stains and the electricity was going off every now and then. I do not recommend to stay at this cottages as without hot water you can find better ones on the beach in half the price. Somehow sad is that the owner didn't seem to see the problem in any of that. I got the refund for lack of hot water but it was only 2500INR which is not even close to what I would have save booking the stay of such quality somewhere else.

these are beautiful cottages made fully with wood give very positive vibes with so clean swimming pool and just 100 mtrs waling to arambol beach sweet water lake is also waking distance on the whole lovely place with good food

location is just perfect with all the amenties feels at home
