We arrived at our unit to find it beyond dirty. There was dirt and sand on everything. Soiled couches and linens. We found what we believed to be blood on one bed. None of the bedding had been changed, only beds made with linens full of dirt, hair (think dog), what looked like fleas. We felt little stinging bites at our ankles as we stood in the living room. We tried to get the rental company to move us but they said the manager was in the Keys and couldn’t without permission. This unit was beyond needing a normal cleaning, we have never had anything like this happen. There are too many details to put in one review but can only say, BEYOND DIRTY. With health and safety concerns we gave up on getting help to move and booked another rental. We have been told by this rental company that they will refund our money but we are still waiting, nothing so far. We are carrying two rental expenses and hope VRBO will ensure a refund is sent as the rental company advised in a text they would. Help VRBO, please.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! My only complaint was it listed in the description that it had a sofa bed and it did not. We managed by purchasing an air mattress. The condo is very clean and very well laid out. We would definitely rent this condo again!

We love this place and location it’s our go to for family vacation each year for over 10 years now. This room was amazing. We absolutely loved it.

From the moment I walked in the door and saw the ocean out the sliders I knew I picked the right place. The furniture in the condo and on the balcony were exactly as advertised and very nice. 8 of us stayed there and were extremely comfortable, there was plenty of room. The Commodore is on the quiet side of Panama City beach and no Riff Raff. The security guards couldn’t have been more friendly, and I like the fact that no strangers could walk onto the property. Dealing with the girls at the office was easy and they were so friendly and accommodating. We had no complaints or any trouble during our two week stay. I will definitely stick with ECDI to book future condos and I will be returning to Commodore 606 as it is my favorite in the six years I’ve stayed at Panama City Beach. And the price was just fantastic and affordable for such a beautiful condo. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable vacation!!

I really did like the condo. Could have been a bit cleaner, but was not too bad. The kitchen was fully stocked and the second guest room is like a condo of its own which was nice. The layout was nice. Communication was good with the rental company. I would recommend staying here. Washer and dryer needs replaced though and needs some new outdoor furniture.
