It was a nice house. A lot of room and great for family gathering. It was clean and homey. I would book again if I ever need a place to stay again.

Everything was comfortable and well stocked from the kitchen to the beach gear! The owners were always available to help with questions we had. The house had amazing views of the ocean and we loved seeing the Albatross nesting in the courtyard. The neighbors were helpful in finding the path to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay on Kauai!!

This was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed in on all 4 trips we’ve made to the island. Everything about it from the views, the house, the amenities are superior to any other VRBO we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!!!

We just wrapped up an unbelievable, relaxing vacation at this gorgeous house. Everything was perfect - especially the expansive, beautiful ocean horizons out of every window, including the great yoga room. We saw whales off the lanais almost every day and had albatross nesting in the front yard. The house is tastefully done and well appointed - we loved every minute and will definitely be back! Thank you, Sarah and Matt, for a wonderful stay.

My family had a wonderful stay at Spindrift property in Princeville. The views from every room were spectacular, the home is beautifully appointed and close to many great destinations on the north shore. Thanks to Sarah, Joanne and Darshan for helping make our vacation special.

Matt and Sarah’s home is amazing and we had a fabulous time. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, from kitchenware to pantry supplies to binoculars to towels and chairs and bodyboards to experience the coastline. Matt and Sarah are wonderful hosts and checked in with us numerous times before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing I especially enjoyed about the house - other then the incredible view, truly the photos do not do it justice - was that the house has multiple living areas, which was perfect for 6 adults who wanted to do different things like playing board games, watching TV, reading or just enjoying the view. The pockets of living space meant we didn’t have to be on top of each other, we all had room to spread out and occupy the space and not feel cramped or that we were intruding on each other. Our family had a wonderful stay here. The ocean views are stunning and the house layout is both functional and well appointed. The house is also very well stocked with all necessities including bikes, body boards, beach towels, chairs and much more. We enjoyed the walk down to the secluded beach as well as the peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is actually quite nice and quite. The views of sunset are very nice. Beach access is misleading. Found three dead cockroaches in the master bathroom. The air conditioning not effective and some equipment was not working like for drinking water. The property manager was kind to bring water bottles. The rooms upstairs and the other bedrooms don’t look like the pictures and the yoga studio has no air and much smaller than the picture implies. The hosts were quite terrible. They called police to have two guests that were listed in the contract removed claiming that they didn’t know they were supposed to be there. On trying to call the host he wouldn’t even listen. Then they made dealings were complicated by first issuing some refund acknowledging they made a huge mistake but then sending multiple repeated invoices. I’m quite suspicious of these people and what their intent is. We were extremely respectful of the place and treated like it was our own home. We even cleaned all the dishes and vacuumed and sanitized the place before leaving. However, they got our remaining two friends (listed on the contract) removed by police. I have never encountered such terrible hosts. Never visiting again.

The house was incredible! The views are beyond description. The pictures don't do it justice - it is even more amazing in person. House has everything you could want for your vacation. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Um...Wow! The house could not have been nicer. Immaculate, extremely well appointed, and the views - magnificent! We hope to stay again one day.

This home was magical- from the ocean views with whales to the albatross nests and the beach down below. The location was wonderful and the home had everything for 3 couples. It was very comfortable and the owners were extremely communicative and attentive to detail to what would be needed for guests. We will definitely be coming back!
