Breakfast was good, showers were amazing and the room was clean. Staff was also relatable and friendly.

Just off the interstate. Easy to get to. The manager was friendly.

TV was bolted at an angle, so you had to stand in order to see it. Then there was no remote to even turn it on. The manager said it would be an hour before she could get 1 to me. I really thought there would be a partial refund for no TV. Kind of an important part of a hotel room.

Clean, friendly staff, good value, basic breakfast, recently refurbished, ample parking.

The general manager Dorothy said that I was smoking in my room when I was not I had half of a cigarette in my pack which stinks still, and she told me that I was kicked out from renting at this hotel and told me I didn't pay for yesterday when I did the day before.

There wasn't any bed bugs.

Checked in at 11:30pm. Was only then very rudely informed there was $100 deposit for room, which was told it would go back on my card the following day but took 4 business days. Got unpacked in room and TV doesn't work. Called front desk and man was not happy about me calling. He came and couldn't fix TV and seemed irritated when I asked to switch rooms. Went to new room which had broken hangers on the shelves and there was an adjoining room with my door having been unlocked and open. Asked for noon check out due to changing rooms and was told it was additional $10/ hour for late check outs with no exceptions. Smelled pot smoking everywhere. Signs posted saying forgive the mess due to remodeling. Ha. Second floor had active leak so ceiling tiles removed with 5 gallon bucket. Horrible customer service and not worth your money. Would sleep in my car before ever coming back here.
