The view and the bed has to be the big plus

Amazing place if you are a couple.
We arrived pretty late inn as our flight was delayed. 2 adults and 2 biys under 11.
The second bed was not made and not only two large towels.
Housekeeping did promptøy fix when notified. Missed the towels though.
A lot of noise from below.

The hotel is gorgeous and so artsy, lots of design pieces to wonder about and ultra modern. The bathroom is huge. It was my birthday so I got a higher floor room, we were gives floor 20 and it was lovely :) there are a lot of workshops and private events which sounded fun.

Lovely hotel! Super fun decor & lovely bar area! Rooms are small but functional for staying in Shoreditch, which has a great, artistic vibe! We didn't mind the small rooms bc they're really only spaces for us to touch down between experiences. Anyway, highly recommend!

Really lovely experience staying in this hotel. Super clean. Great art. We loved the steam room so much. Great location 99.9% percent of the staff were lovely. The only downfall was when we were checking out the guy bearly spoke, he avoided eye contact and when I asked about how the deposit returns worked he just went 'yeah you get it back'. He looked annoied when i asked if he could take the room key holder. Maybe he was having a bad day but certainly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Every single other person we came into contact was lovely though.

Wonderful hotel near Old street station which was very convenient for visiting London attractions . Room had a good city view of London . Also liked the that we were able to check into our room at 11.30 am as it was ready rather than 3pm. Staff at reception we very polite and helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious. The view from the windows were excellent as it viewed to the city. Very near to number of restaurants, bars and clubs.

I arrived at the hotel and attempted to unpack but the room had only a narrow wardrobe filled with bathrobes and an ironing board. There was not a single drawer in the entire room . Management offered to give me an upgrade to a suite so that I would have an even larger room without a single drawer to put my clothes. I was told to “use my suitcase.” If I were staying with a friend or living in a homeless shelter this might be reasonable, but not when paying £300 a night. I left and Hotels.com was forced to refund me a little less than £1,000. Oh, I should mention that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly and the windows do not open at all, so it was sweltering. Even an IBIS hotel is a better experience than this.

Great stay at this hotel. Comfy bed, great service, wonderful location and the food and drinks here are also very good! My only complaint is that my stay was too short. I stayed 2 nights but it’s definitely worth a longer stay.

this was really an awesome hotel. Great location. Super easy to walk to from the tube station and a really cool cold plunge and sauna place almost next door! I would definitely recommend this place as it has such a cool vibe. Also the food at the restaurant was awesome!

We loved our stay in this hotel. Everything was fantastic, the room was lovely and spacious, bed was really comfortable and service from all staff was really excellent. You just have to experience it. I’m not one to write reviews but they’re an it hotel with excellent customer service. Modern art, techy but not complex technology, beautiful rooms, excellent service, location was ok. Nice neighborhood. Didn’t get to try the food but my teenagers and I had a good experience. Will definitely come back.
