The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The rooms were adequately sized to accommodate a family.

The sofas had stains and some kitchen cutlery had loose handles (a knife came off the handle which was a potential hazard). The cleaning was mediocre and could be better. The location wasn’t as ideal to buy some groceries so best be prepared coming in.

Incredible staff, friendly and caring. Room, good size but no window (well there is one, but can’t open it and is covered by a blind).. bed great.

no one helped with my my bags nor took me to my room got a lot a few times used a shuttle to menlyn only to be told that the driver knocks of at five, that information could have been told when I booked for the shuttle

the room was spacious and clean, the items in the rooms was also well planned and very stylish. The information in the room was also helpful.

Broken glasses on the floor, my wife was injured by 1 glass. The aircon is working but making alot of noise.
