We are from the area and return every year for the 4th. This home was meticulously maintained with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the walkability to downtown and the family's history in the home. Thank you for having us!

It was perfect for our needs

Close to downtown. Clean. Nice two bed room with futon in the living room and beds in the refinished attic. Quiet Neighborhood.Loved the garden and back porch. Would stay again.

The home felt as if we were staying with family. It was fully stocked with anything we would need and a lot of extra comforts and amenities. Everything was very clean and it is evident that there have been recent updates made in the home, making it feel fresh and new while also having some remnants of its character and history through the years. The location is excellent as far as being centrally located in Ludington. We were in town for the Gus Macker basketball tournament so we did have to drive closer to Stearns park to park and walk, but there are a lot of things in town that are a short walk or drive from the home. We were just a family of four, but this home would be comfortable for several more guests with a good amount of seating and the kids' area in the finished attic. All in all we have no complaints and would recommend the Delia house to anyone staying in the area.
