Don’t skip out on this hotel, very clean and quiet! The breakfast is amazing also. Close to everything and freeway access you can’t beat. We would definitely stay here again!!

Super nice hotel with great amenities. The staff was exceptional (thx Emily) and breakfast was decent. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in is at 3pm. We got there at 4pm our room was not ready should be about 10 -15 min. NO problem we will be back, 5pm our room was still not ready and did not have a time when, I asked for just any rooms that was available Once in the room the remote did not work and we tried to call the front desk several times, visited the front desk and no one was there I had to call out a few time the phone was found off the hook. The manager sent a text around 6 asking how things were and I responded with the rooms not being ready and the remote phone situation. She then told me sorry the room was not ready at 3 and proceeded to tell me they had several late check outs. I said you still had 2 more hours to get our room ready after 3pm what is that excuse for that? then the attitude started she told me the phone was off the hook because the new front desk person had question and she left to find the answer Why did the manager not help her at the front desk, instead of leaving the desk unattended. NONE of it made sense it was the attitude I got from GM Renee that got to me. I never reached out to her she asked me about my state, she should have responded with sorry what can I do to fix it but it was just one excuse after another. The bill was also wrong when we went to check out The Morning front desk guy had to figure it out and refund us We were over charged. Rooms are nice clean and comfy Breakfast was great but don't expect check in at 3 pm lol.

Just thankful to get a room with my power out after Beryl. I feel it was priced way to high and possibly taking advantage to those who were under the gun with beryl.

The staff was friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a long stay including a dish washer! The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you want a long stay somewhere.

The power to the rooms went out at midnight at was still out at 8 am when we left. I couldn't use my CPAP, AC shutoff, showers only had cold water and the ice machine was obviously off. This power outage was ONLY this hotel, not the area. I believe the power source was not built to handle a completely full hotel (sold out due to Houston hurricane). I felt bad for the people that had to leave Houston due to the massive power outage only to get to a hotel and have the same thing happen.

Very nice staff and facilities.

Have no generator for power outage. Also no flashlights or emergency lights to give guests. Poor communication. On 4th floor w/no elevator.

It was a perfect visit! I plan to be back in a few months, and I will definitely stay there again.

Check in is 3pm. Our room wasn’t ready as well as others that were sitting in the lobby waiting for rooms. Finally got our room, walked in and housekeeper was “fixing her hair” in our bathroom. She wanted us to step out and wait for her to finish the room. After a long drive to our destination we went on in. A few minutes later a different housekeeper came by with a refill bottle for the shower.

This was an exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel. My one and only complaint is there is not a proper area for pet relief. There was no fenced in area and the area designated was literally a strip of grass with some mud. Everything else was great.

Such a nice hotel. They have lots of wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels in the room...I really appreciate that because I decline service. If there was anything they could improve on is the channel selection on TV...not so great. I will stay here time and time again.

this is a new building, opened 3/24. has a small outdoor gas fire pit.. and out door seating out of the sun.. inside the lobby has 3 different seating areas.. breakfast is pre made omelets.. and wrapped sandwiches in a warming oven the room is new clean and has a small kitchen complete with dish washer many resturants in walking distance

Very nice newer property. Very clean with a modern feel. Lots of restaurants and retail in the area. I was impressed with the hotel. Only minor knocks would be not much support with the pillows and the bathroom door gets in the way. A sliding bathroom door would be better IMO. The free breakfast was much better than most hotels I stay at.
