Nice suite, with lovely pool. Facility is by the lagoon and got a lovely view from there.

The staff is by far some of the best I have ever encountered in Mexico. Very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Arrival was dissapointing, the room smelt absolutely horrible, I was offered a dehumidifier which I refused bc room was also dirty. Finally the nice gentleman at the front got us another room which was a thousand times better, smelt nice and was super clean, he was extremely helpful with everything, from getting us a rental car to telling us where to go and what to do. It couldve been bad but It was actually delightful, specially for a couple of old ladys visiting Cancun for the first time. Thank youuu !!

We stayed for 5 days, and it was overall a very pleasent stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Cleaning was done everyday, and all was in order. There was some trouble with our terrase-door, where it didn't lock. But they had one come over the next day and fix it. Our top criteria when searching for a hotel was not too noisy and with a nice view. This hotel met both of our expectations. Since it is in the hotel zone, there is a fixed rate for taxi to ADO Central Bus Station (look for taxis with a pricing list) we also found the bus R1 goes very close to the hotel. We arrived after a very long flight, and after the stress from finding the right transport into town, and avoid getting scammed (you shouldn't pay more than $500mxn from the airport. Bus is the cheapest with $130mxn pr. pers.) It was close to midnight and we were super tired, so we were so happy that everything was in order, and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely book again.

Very nice place! Small and quaint. The food at the restaurant was very good. The rooms are very clean, but have a very strong odor of bleach. We had to air out our room for about two hours before we could go in. The beds are extra firm if you like that feel. I prefer something softer with a pillow top.

Someone revised this as dated, I think vintage is better! It's not the latest swish hotel but is cared for, quiet and comfortable. Staff are excellent, pool is lovely, food is freshly prepared and reasonably priced for the area. It's on outskirts of the zona hotela and adults only so much quieter and more chilled than much of the other places nearby.Easy to walk (20 mins) to the party zone, or short cab/uber ride. Highly recommended!
