I loved this hotel! The pool was amazing, location incredible! Staff so friendly, and the amenities so great! I really really loved this hotel and will for sure stay there again when we come back.

Half of the time the lifts didn’t work . Was told we got the best room on 35 floor ocean view but half of the stuff were falling off , the bathroom was not clean . The list could go on. View was the only best thing .

Friendly staff. Internet connection wasn’t working properly. Ceiling of room was covered in dust hanging down

Its close to public transport, beach and supermarket.

Property ia tired and needs a bit of maintenance. Pool was heated, parking was great, staff were lovely.

Room was very old and not clean no bin lining grot on the walls carpet smell bed uncomfortable

Loved how it was central to everything and didnt want to leave rooms lovely. Buffet breakfast 😋

No Foxtel to relax by after a busy day and there was no Wifi connection frustrating

Terrible rude staff at the time of check in. No customer service and no understanding. Great location but if stops there. The room we initially got was outdated and smelt bad like old damn carpet and bathroom was dirty with moulds. You can smell the cleaning chemicals being used in there. Was told we had to pay if we want to change room! Not like other hotels we’ve stayed where complimentary upgrade was offered. The bed and pillows weren’t Constance. Aircond felt some what damp and didn’t cool the room despite being on the coolest setting! Pool water looked murky. The spa was cold and the jet wasn’t working (apparently been under maintenance for quite some time now). Breakfast was below average and repetitive. Unfortunately the whole experience with this hotel was underwhelming and we will not be returning back to this hotel and would not recommend this to anyone.

Great location. Nice rooms. Elevator was frustrating. Waited 13 minutes for an elevator, which was full when it arrived, and so I scaled down fifteen flights of stairs. elevators was my only issue the whole stay, but it was enough for me not to come back

The facility is a little outdated, but it is in a very convenient location with good access.
