It was simply okay. Nothing fabulous about the room. Was surprised at the amount I had to pay for a deposit which was NOT advertised. At least getting the deposit back was hassle free when checking out. And I’ve definitely had friendlier service elsewhere.

In Regina for 1 night for a concert. The hotel was clean and must have been recently renovated. Modern upgrades in lobby and room. Our room was small and the bed seemed smaller than a queen (possibly a double) but for 1 night it was just fine. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. There was a large desk area. The bathroom was nice..good waterfall shower and plenty of hot water. A couple of hooks on the wall would have been helpful though. The free breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was a lovely bonus...offered 3 choices (not buffet but more than just continental). We got the pancakes and they were yummy and filling...other choices were eggs toast and sausage or hot oatmeal and fruit. Checked in and out on my phone so that was easy and quick. I definitely recommend this hotel. An excellent price point!

I was in Regina to go to the last Riders home game of the 2024 season. This hotel was definitely at the right price & the distance from Mosiac stadium wasn’t a problem for me (15 minute drive or 1 hour walk). I stayed for 2 nights and was very pleased with my choice. I was greeted by a friendly staff to check-in, my room was clean & tidy, and I had a very good breakfast at the restaurant next door, included in the price. I would definitely make a repeat visit the next time I am in Regina.

Very poor costumer service.Front desk and restaurant staff are very unfriendly.Check and in and check out are both terrible experience.

There was someone who intercepted while returning to the on day 2 after work and misbehaved and threatened to beat. This is totally unacceptable!

Didnt see any internet wifi signal whatsoever to get onto but i was in a roomn on the back of the hotel. Still they said it was an open network and i saw nothing at all to join a signal.
Vending machine was broken for card and said cash only which meant i couldnt get anything.
Overall was clean though and just fine for an affordable one night stay in the city.

Very good. Nice Reno’s. Good price- room rate includes hot breakfast and coffee. Fast access to shopping and downtown. One comment was I found the mattress somewhat “lumpy”. They could put a couple of clothes/towel hooks on back of bathroom door. Generally great stay!

The hotel was clean. The staff is friendly. The complementary breakfast was in an actual restaurant, which was really nice. Very quiet and easy to get to

Comfy beds and loved the walk in shower, no crawling into tub.
Complimentary breakfast at restaurant was really good and room rates excellent.
Will definitely go back.
