Pool was closed for maintenance. One of the 2 elevators was broken and no stairs that go to lobby. The only working elevator was also shared by staff which made the wait time ridiculously long. There was also a drugged out lady at the breakfast buffet who was eventually reoved by the police. The room wallpaper was also peeling in some places but other than that the rooms were fine. No issues with the WiFi or TV. The staff was very kind and courteous

Stayed two nights. Woke up to a toilet that will not fill after flush, no cold water at all and a sink that was clogged. Went to front desk and she said she would send maintenance, when I was thinking we should have had a note under door explaining that water was off.
House keeping(male) did not even knock on door before coming in!! That was not cool and then talk in his native tongue which was not mine.
When I asked house keeping for more towels it was like I had asked for a lot.

Great place to stay. Clean, up to date, nice restaurant. They need a better coffee system for breakfast! The fancy machines with 12 different products don’t make decent coffee.

Good experience, my room had a balcony & a nice view. The staff were ok and the cleanliness was ok as well. Nice quiet place with a Tavern that has good food and drinks.

Paid for non-smoking room,got up in morning and people in next room were smoking , not good to wake up to. I am going to assume a non-smoking room wouldn't have a smoking room adjoining it

It's obvious to me that this hospitality is a business investment and not a passion. This is the main reason everything was so average. Could easily become good to great with the proper culture.
