The Staff was so helpful and attentive. They kept note of everything and accommodated us at every turn. Definitely recommend as a great and comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing and the location is ideal.

We enjoyed three nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday when our Airbnb fell through. We had a great time coming and going and the rooms were great. Everyone with the hotel could not have been nicer. We will be back.

The hotel itself is beautiful! The location is great with everything all around.
The reason we gave it 3 stars is when we came back to our room our 2nd day the room smelt like weed. Heavily….we did go down and they switched our room and gave us waters with goody bags for the kids which was sweet! But it was frustrating to have two kids in that and we unpacked our room to have to pack it up quickly to go to a new room….than we got to that room and the kids were exhausted…then the tv connection stream wasn’t working (I know it’s a small detail…but it’s a lot when you have kids) and the bathroom on this floor wasn’t as clean…at this point we were so done and left first thing in the morning

Great hotel with easy access to the mall, but service wise, it was not as expected. The hotel definitely needs a coffee shop like Starbucks and could do better on the breakfast. Also, the parking spaces were too small if you have a truck or SUV. Something cool was about the room service and you could ask for anything you need by text.

My daughter and I had an absolute blast staying there. Room was great, service was incredible, view was amazing, location was perfect and my daughter and I cant wait to go back. My only thing was i paid for breakfast through the app but then i got charged an extra $42 at the table. I don't know if it came off the expenditures deposit but it still threw me for a curveball.

They had a good police presence there, and the staff was really good, especially the lady that take care of you in the breakfast area. They all were professional. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night while evacuating for a hurricane. Kayla checked us in and was amazing, friendly and professional. Felt at home with the dogs, but would benefit from special pet relief area. The air-conditioning was confusing but got cold at night! Overall would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing. Great interior design and room. It was close to great dining options and not far from the downtown. Only downside is you have to pay for parking. But for the price, you cannot complain. Great quality.

The hotel itself isn't actually so bad besides the customer service. The condition you can tell it is past is prime, but i think it's holding on pretty well for a formerly upscale hotel. My issue is more woth how hotels.com handled this booking. Then their service tells you it's your fault after they have taken your money.

Outside of the building is very deceiving looks dirty but the inside is beautiful. They do charge you $23 a night for parking which I think is ridiculous especially if you pay for your stay there but overall we had a nice stay.
