I love all the amenities especially the jacuzzi! Spent a night just for a local getaway. We had a great time! Breakfast buffet was delicious and on top of that the personalized omelettes are a huge addition to the breakfast buffet. Overall great stay!!

Was pretty good. Had to ask for soap and blankets and stuff for the pull out a couple of times before we got it. But overall stay was good. Place was clean, breakfast was mainly just good at the omelette bar and that took awhile. Elevators were sketchy at times. I would stay again just based on how clean and friendly the staff were.

The front desk staff was great. I was traveling with pets, and the desk clerk directed me to the road for dog. It was a dog area, that we just happened upon. My room was really nice, but when I looked under the bed, It was a used Starbucks cup underneath and flower petals from a previous guest, including other things. Let's me know that housekeeping is not so through. Breakfast was great and are was quiet. A really good experience. I would recommend and also go again.

For one the bathtub was not clean and then there were light fixtures that didn't have lightbulbs. The breakfast was also the worst I've had at an Embassy. One of the elevators wasn't working either but the cleaning ladies were very very nice.

The staff is nice and the rooms are clean. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants, the mall, other shopping options and other recreational activities.

There were two huge water bugs in the room. The shower water pressure is terrible and the shower head didn’t work. When I walked in no one was at the desk and we weren’t greeted. The elevators are very slow only two operating out of three. We had to use the stairs from the 6th floor. Not to mention the breakfast food was terrible. The parking garage is so far away and not convenient at all. The staff at the desk seem so standoffish. The room reeks of cigarette smoke for it to be a non smoking hotel. You can smell bug spray as soon as you enter from the side door near the parking garage.

The hotel is a short walk to the Perimeter Mall area and all of its shopping and dining options, as well as the Marta Station at Sandy Springs. The hotel itself was pleasant, but I did find the pool area was not well cared for. The staff was extremely helpful in dealing with a few areas where I needed help (late check out and printing services).

Nice room, lots of space, good staff, good full breakfast, but terrible beds. Very uncomfortable beds and bedding. My bed or box springs/support fell or broke a coil or spring during night and scared me to death and woke us! Sheets & pillow cases are scratchy.

This was a really poor experience. I didn’t receive a key card and was sent to the wrong room. We walked in on another couple with the manger and had to go back downstairs to my room while the manager yawned in my face without covering her mouth. No apology no discount very awful stay.

Overall our experience was ok. We were surprised with the perk of 2 free drinks each night during happy hour, however most nights there was only one bartender and a very long line that took forever to get through. On our 2nd day 2 of the 3 elevators broke. The one remained down the rest of the stay and the other one worked off an on but would still get stuck frequently. There was super long weight times to get up or down from our room. It says there’s a restaurant but the menu is very limited. The wings were phenomal though!!! The $20 a night to park is a little bit much since it’s their parking garage.

Very good accommodations for my family. Loved the complimentary happy hour drink and the garden at crowne pointe directly across from the hotel. The one and only setback was the elevator wait time.

Room 518 needs a thourough sanitation inspection for possible bed bugs. Especially pull out bed.

Team was excellent. The gym was partially closed and therefore very insufficient for the large hotel. Additionally, the only bike wasn't working. This is a key benefit to the hotel so possibly they could assist by having alternatives nearby for guests.

I was having an AC issue at home and rented a room at embassy suites only for their AC not to work in the room. Not happy and won’t be staying there again. lol
