Lovely old place loads of character staff very friendly and helpful looking forward to breakfast with a great view of the tay, thanks for another enjoyable stay

We arrived on Sunday evening at 19.00 looking forward to supper at the hotel. The waitress informed us the kitchen had stopped seving - that was disappointing, however, we found a busy Italian close by and had a wonderful meal.
Breakfast the next day was chaotic - luke warm buffet style and we had to wait for the bacon to be cooked

Very helpful and friendly staff, made arrangements for storing luggage well in advance of check in. Terrific location located by a park overlooking the river and had a nice buffet style breakfast included.

Our second visit. Lovely staff! Hotel decor a bit tired in places but our room was spacious and very comfortable.
We plan to return again soon.

This is a traditional Scottish hotel with lots of tartan! The room was large, clean & comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Charming hotel overlooking the river and old bridge, right in the heart of the place. Everywhere is easily walkable and St John’s Kirk is well worth a visit.

Very friendly staff, large room. Great location on riverside with its own beautiful garden restaurant as well as gorgeous gardens and parks and nature walks. The front door opens to a wide variety of independent restaurants and cafes, galleries, theatres and museums in a pedestrianised area and lots of interesting independent shops including coffee bean roasters
