The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be accommodating.

You could tell the room was just quickly swept through and not actually cleaned. The cookie that was left on the bed looked like it had a bite taken out of it as well.

Always a good stay at this property. Lots of great shopping, restaurants and close to the freeway. Property is clean and quiet. I feel very safe

They are working to make improvements and is looking really nice. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was our 4th annual visit and we like to sit in the courtyard. They are working relandscaping the courtyard and from the removal of bushes and trees they left a lot of dirt on the sidewalks that turned to mud in the rain.

Quiet and clean room. The pillows were the absolute best pillows a hotel can have, definitely considering coming back.

Front desk bad Service ever I was there to ask her a question about my room and she on the phone talking and laughing and she see me I was standing Front of her And just ignore me talking on her Personal phone, not even the service helping the customer terrible service I don’t feel I was welcome to the Hotel or let me show you around What we have the service like something will be nice to the customer but OMg never back to the Hotel bad experience I hope you guys take the job serious And be on point with Customer service coming from different Town to the hotel thank you

Staff was very kind, especially due to the outage caused by Microsoft and Crowd Source. We were unable to have keys made for our room for our stay, so staff had to be sent to meet us to let us into our room whenever we wanted to get let in. The room itself, however, was definitely not up to what I expected. I NEVER want to go into any hotel room and find someone else’s bodily functions on the seat and rim as soon as I walk in. Unacceptable. Not something you should miss if you’re cleaning a room. It was taken care of, but still not happy that it occurred. Room was spacious, but it seemed like it was missing a chair. Poor lighting… standing lamp was super dark… and that was 50% of the light in the room Housekeeping needs to be sure to take a vacuum to the edges of the room every so often too. Air conditioning fan louder than most. Wouldn’t go back.

There were no rice and miso soup which I was looking forward to enjoy at breakfast which I read in others review.
