I had high expectations for the Fairmont and the hotel even exceeded them. The room was spacious, comfortable, with great views. The staff is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed.

Our room has a tiny bathroom. The toilet’s front only 4 inches from the wall. I had to use the public toilet because I can’t sit on the one in my room.

Banff Springs hotel is truly an amazing place. The building and surroundings are simply stunning. There are so many amenities, too. The room was very good, but the view was not because we had a "King Deluxe" which is not the top level even though we paid a whopping $1,148 per night (all-in with all those stupid hotel add-ons). Then every little thing costs 2x - 3x so be prepared for that as well. All of that said, the place is really special.

The air conditioner did not work very well even after I requested a service. It seemed the hotel set a temperature limit for each room. The guess cannot control in their room. It’s really not reasonable for a hotel in this level.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel's stunning location, nestled in the heart of Banff National Park. The "Castle in the Rockies" truly lives up to its name, offering a magical and luxurious experience. The hotel's location is absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by towering mountains and overlooking the beautiful Bow Valley, every view is like a postcard. We spent hours just soaking in the scenery, whether from our room, the lounge, or while exploring the nearby trails. Our room was huge a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The bed was plush, the linens luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the small touches that made our stay even more comfortable, such as the in-room coffee maker and the cozy bathrobes. Our dining experience at the hotel were fantastic. We enjoyed a memorable dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants, where the food was exquisite, and the service impeccable. They offers a wide range of activities. We really appreciate the hotel's proximity to all outdoor activities. with hiking trails and stunning natural beauty just steps away. Our stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was truly incredible. It’s magnificent and magical

This place is astonishing. It is majestic. We LOVED our stay. We just came from the Fairmont in Jasper which was horrible. The room was 90F and had no air conditioning, and management didn't seem to care at all. So we were thrilled to get to the Fairmont in Banff Springs and have air conditioning. Such simple pleasures :). The Fairmont Banff Springs was incredible. The staff and the housekeeping were exceptional. We enjoyed a mix of walking to town and taking the shuttle. The architecture is spectacular. The views from the room were stunning. How can I put into words how remarkable this place is? You have to experience it to understand. My wife loved it. And that's enough for me. I absolutely loved it too.

The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.
