This hotel would be fantastic except for one thing. The beds are way too soft. Had a really bad back in the morning.

Long queue to check in, as staff members have to try to sell Radisson membership to each guest. Room was nice, clean and spacious.
Sauna and swimming pool extremely small - don't book your stay for these facilities.

Didn’t get what I expect and paid . So, not fully satisfied. They charged big for Sea view superior room . But, they gave city view smaller category room . Afterwords long arguments and headaches they gave slightly side sea view room . So, they wasted almost precious half day of mine .
Never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel
They are cheater , all staff . Especially, check in front table staff .

We arrived at the hotel around 14:50 and there was a que and we stayed there for 40 min which is unbelievable not sure if there was some event or something that cause this but finally we have been given our key and got to the room and the big surprise was that the flush toilet push button was broken so we got moved to another room. Not one of the best experience. The location was also not the best due to the homeless but it was close to everything.

Overall stay was good, very convenient location across the street from the central train station. Very easy to get to and from the airport through the Fly to get speed train. Wish the bathroom was cleaned properly. There was hair on the walls.

Everything was good except for the check-in process. The check-in queue was very long and crowded. The queue extended to the entrance door, blocking people from coming in and out of the hotel. This is the first time we have experienced such a bad check-in.

Nice hotel fairly central in Oslo. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price, but otherwise nothing really that would alleviate the option of a return stay

Ideal business hotel. Ironically, being next to station, the area is full of some exotic-smelling cigarettes. But not scary like London would be. Jokes aside, my room safe didn't work but that's the only issue we had.
