Decent hotel...beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The room is extremely bright no darkening curtains whatsoever. If the beds were more comfortable would have given it a higher rating. I did like how secure the hotel and parking area were

Front desk were really helpful and allowed us to check in hours early which was very helpful. Unfortunately a really bad nights sleep as next door to us were screaming and fighting all night. Police and fire department were called. Started at 3am and didn’t finish until 7am. Guests should have been removed immediately to avoid disruption to other guests. Terrible stay because of this and unlikely to stay again

The internet was terrible. The worst I have experienced in 15 years. Cell service was nil (was an inside room). Servers at the breakfast place were rude. No customer service. PS I travel frequently and never give reviews, but for this place I make an exception.

The room needs to be refreshed badly. The floors and furniture were very worn. I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to come on. I stayed here about three years ago and was favorably impressed. Not so this time.

We would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room or in the main lobby. When we went to the reataurant pn site the system was down so we couldn't order anything there either. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

To be honest I didn’t stay here. I drove up, was uncomfortable with the location and the look of the property, and I gave up my reservation and booked elsewhere. The cover photo is borderline misleading- this place is not nearly as nice as it looks from the pictures.

Good location. Two metro stations can be reached in a few minutes (Vermont/Santa Monica Vermont Sunset). Los Feliz and Silver Lake are around the corner as well as Hollywood. Breakfast (not complimentary) available. Rooms are clean. The sourrounding area does not appear to be the safest though. Lot's of homeless people.

Place is clean but in dire need of upgrades. Area is not great. Bed felt like a giant futon. Had to put a top sheet on ourselves (although provided, wrapped in plastic with a warning it would cost us $24 if removed, but pleas enjoy the extra sheet if needed…so weird.) Run down rooms. Loud hallways.

1. We had to kill a spider from the light in the bathroom 2. Furniture was in horrible condition 3. It was dirty and gross 4. Vending machines did not work. 5. Plugs were shorting out and I had to unplug my phone as it was keeping everyone up 6. Gate was to read my plate but I didn’t have a front license plate on this car as there was no bracket. Had to keep pushing the buttons for help. STAFF WAS VEERY PLEASENT AND HELPFULL. BIR THEY HAS A LOT TO DO

The property itself looks fine on the outside but on the inside you have to go through the gates to get into the hotel. Buzzing in and out of the building. Key card is used for the elevator, your room, the gym, sauna, pool and too get into the moving doors. You lose it your stuck outside or have to call the front office. Everything is overpriced I was surprised they didn’t charge to get into the elevator. Bathroom was clean but not up to code, the toilet stopped running on our last day because it needed a new part. The beds are uncomfortable and so are the pillows, you can hear everything outside in the hallway, not worth the money.

No water in the rooms, the restaurant sells it for 5 bucks for a small bottle, the vending machine broke trying to get water out of it, so I went out to a street vendor and got some for 1 dollar a bottle. The rooms need a lot of work. They even charge for the internet if you connect more than 1 device. They also tried to double charge me for parking so I felt like I was lucky to get out of there with my wallet.

There is a lack of auxiliary facilities. For example the sink was not separated from bathroom, cold water does not come well The problem was not corrected, leftover toilet paper, poor room cleaning. In many ways, our room didn't have a new feel also I was even more disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price I paid. I think I'll have to make more careful decision next time

Property was great value for money. Room was huge, you could jog in it, lovely balcony, sun most of the day. Very personal quiet pool, towels there all day. What i liked about the hotel were the snack and drinks machines outside your rooms and the massive free ice machines. Staff in reception so helpful and lovely. You must download the uber app and book taxis everywhere, they are there in literally 5 mins at the hotel. Oh and the queen beds are super comfy, lovely bedding. They charge you over 200 dollars incase you break anything during your stay, but you get this back while you are there so it's fine. I would stay there again, we stayed 10 nights, ubers to Universal Studios, Disney, Graumans every other day, Griffith Observatory etc, the taxis state the amount before you book. Ooh and you can get anything delivered to your hotel e.g late night snacking on Uber. Free wifi for one person per room. Free safe in the room. Could of stayed longer x

Fun and funky hotel in the heart of East Hollywood. Loved the pool and courtyard! Very conveniently located to the attractions of the city.

Took a day or two to resolve a plumbing issue. Front of house staff pleasant. Pool was lovely!
